Sizes of orders
The sizes are completely off, I'm usually a XL with the likes of North Face but then bought pants and a t shirt in XXL and it nowhere near fit. It's pitiful to say they're anywhere near the right size.

Ordered 5 items only 4 where delivered. Packaging riped and taped up in transit seems that item may have been pinched. Contacted technicals with full details and pictures and have been told it will take a week to investigate. Still no replacement sent and so i currently have half a tracksuit for my son. Dissapointed that replacent not issued straight away.

Not necessarily the company itself but…
Not necessarily the company itself but who they use to deliver their parcels. Still waiting’s for parcel to be delivered by Evri which was ordered on 24/11/23.
Can’t get in touch with Evri directly and have contacted Technicals directly who’ve not really done anything to help either. Would definitely think twice before making a purchase on line again.
