Defective product, no lawful refund under EU law – avoid this seller!
The order, worth €31.99, arrived defective, and communication with the seller has been extremely problematic. Although they use a .de domain and present themselves as a European retailer, the product was shipped from the USA, while the return address is in China—and the return costs fall on the buyer.
The seller did not accept even the request to refund at least 50% of the paid amount. Instead, they offered ridiculously low compensations ranging from €3 to €10, which is unacceptable and against EU consumer protection laws.
I do not recommend purchasing from them, as it will be impossible for you to exercise your rights or receive a proper refund. They do everything to make customers give up on their refund claims.
