A server error caused the amount to be deducted but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the whatsapp chat to service team, waited for 2 full days and the message was promptly read but not responded to! Refrain from buying here!!!

Killing the trust of gamers …

Absolutely shameful bought a pc of these jokers back in 2017. My windows 10 went down multiple times thought it was me but it was the failing hard drive all this time. Its now saying the smart is failed and now the company is bust. I have a pc that was under a 5 year warranty not any more £436 of my hard earned money gone now i have a system that could fail with no warranty. I wonder why Microsoft and the manufacturers of the components for the numerous faulty pcs they sold havent gone after them for selling their products that are mostly defective and passing them off to customers of Microsofts Windows brand giving Microsoft a bad image for supplying these products to them. Jokers seriously and yes i have evidence to backup the hard drive is broken and of the purchase of this pc.No wonder so many complaints are being posted about these cowboys

Farhan Zia is not professional at all

Farhan Zia is not professional at all, he was rude and refued to refund me for months. The whole process took 5 months until I fanally had the macbook I ordered. They made mistakes constantly and were rude to me all the time. They shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK.

go anywhere else

To start i was after finance. they offer it on their website but give no options to reply. so i email them. a guy comes back sending me a link to a finance agreement. it all checked out and would cover the pc i want to get from them. He then came back with there been an error on the website and if I send him the SKU code and any modification he will order it on my behalf to ensure I get the pc I want. So far so good. He then emails me saying the pc I wand isn’t ready but they can send another one with the same spec but with an upgraded case. So I said yes to the upgraded case. So a couple of weeks pass and I get a notification with dpd that 2 packages are on its way. I went to the crawly dpd depot to collect one of the packages. It was the PC. The other package said it was on it way, so I waited a few days. I then phoned dpd and asked where it is. They replied it was never picked up and the suppliers still have it. So I phoned Techno cart. (word of advice the best time to phone them is between the times of 11am – 2pm. Before that or after the phone will continuous ring or just hang up on you). They said it had been picked up. This went back and fourth for a while until, Gemma (person who answered the phone) said she will send another set.

A few days later it arrived. It was the wrong set and there was no head set. So I phoned them and told them they sent the wrong one. They replied, the upgraded me to a better keyboard and mouse. I looked it up…. they hadn’t. I told them I never asked for one, but they felt I would like and accept it anyway. The pc and set up I bought is red themed. They sent me a cheap blue plastic keyboard and mouse. And no headset.

I asked for them to arrange a pick up of the keyboard and mouse and for the original set I ordered to be sent to me. They came back with “we don’t have it in stock and wont get it till the 6th April. Almost 3 weeks after I ordered the PC. But ill wait.

6th April came around and they said we don’t have the keyboard in at all. They said it was on order but gave no time frame. They will offer a part exchange. Great…. That part exchange includes them sending me a link to ebuyers.com I have to order and pay for the item with my money and hope that they may refund it. I told them they have to refund me first. He came back with a request has been sent to the finance company. Been a few days, heard nothing back. I still have the cheap crap the sent me ages ago.
Through out the emails back and fourth he kept saying the original ordering process was not correct and shouldn’t have been done this way. He said I never sent him the SKU code and modification, and made it sound like he was blaming me. Obviously he had the sku code other wise how did he know what pc to order. Other than the case and peripherals the hardware was correct plus the additional hdd. And if it was so wrong why the hell did he order it this way????. Should have out right said, our systems are having issues and cannot order it. Will try again later. Or something on the lines of that.

Issues with the PC.

When the PC arrived, when it started up it tries accessing the DVD drive to boot from. The way they built it, they plugged the cable in the faster r/w slot on the motherboard so the bios tries that first. Not a huge issue and easily fixed but not something the should muck up on. The case has a HDD clot on top , for easy access to spare HDD you want to look at with out having to attach it direct to Motherboard….this doesn’t work, it hasn’t been wired properly. There’s a turbo and silent switch on the from…this doesn’t work and to re-wire this myself as well.

This was advertised as a gaming PC. Has a gtx 1060 6gb card in it. But when I play games the pc shuts off. the card is crap. I cant play games for more the 45 mins. I should be able to play games on high. Benchmarking on farcry 5. On custom between high/ultra I’m getting 45-55 fps no issues but If I play for 30 mins. Pc shut down. They advised my gpu probably cant handle the games I’m playing so I played Witcher 3 on low. Gpu shuts off and black screen. If it was an option I would happily send this piece of junk back and cancel the finance agreement. Even if this meant I would lose the 250 I have all ready paid into it.

Go anywhere else. PC world is even better than this company. Either get one prebuilt from amazon or a proper company or build it yourself.

The PC was refurbished but they should have check it out and tested all aspect of the PC before sending. The ram isn’t even the same brand and the pc recognises it there but doesn’t recognise anything else about it.

If it was an option I would happily send this piece of junk back and cancel the finance agreement. Even if this meant I would lose the 250 I have all ready paid into it. ( repeated but if they read any of this i want them to read this bit and see if its a possibility.

Fantastic service

WARNING - DO NOT USE, you will regret it!

This company shocks me, I have never felt the need to leave a review until this..."company". Its because the are not purchasing any goods. They retail on all broken and unusable stock to their associates in 'Mac4Sale', Technocart and console killer which they acquire from their 'main company' Safe PC Disposal. I will admit their website user interface makes it very easy to navigate on all 4 websites, I do enjoy ease into wasting my money for a scam...

Avoid them at all costs; their phone must be hidden under lock and key as it is never answered, they wont reply to your email for help unless they receive some benefit for it, they will attempt to charge you for anything possible. My friend who had the misfortune of purchasing from them at the same time as I has looked into the prospects of a fraud investigation. As this enquiry began, the money was suddenly refunded in full and they dropped all attempted and false charges which they were claiming for. Almost seems too good to be true, but as in most cases it is.

Do not use. Do not associate. Previous business of their have dissolved as you imagine, due to fraud. Looking back through their accounts, a sudden dramatic increase in profit with no increase in sales shows their lack of care. Reusing only damaged goods is not a good business model. Call me for advice.

So first of all it was really confusing for me order gaming pc becuse there are so many types available but I have received great support and assistance when ever we need from ordering pc till the time my son started playing his first game. My over all experience from this company is 10*************s

I would give zero stars if an option!

I would give zero stars if an option!!!!
Extremely poor service, still awaiting product to arrive, despite order supposed to have arrived tracked 14 days ago.
They were happy to take the money off my card!!
Telephone calls and emails ignored.
Will not be doing any business with them again!!!

“14 WORKING DAY REFUND....”

The customer service is truely terrible.

Returned an item because it just wasn’t for me, it was too damaged, wasn’t sure what I was exspecting but £699 is a lot of money and I wanted more for it, so I returned it.

They picked up the next day which was great! I was then told it would be 14 WORKING DAYS to refund it.

It’s now been 17 WORKING DAYS and I still haven’t got my £699.

I’ve contacted them on numerous occasions to be told I will have it by the end of week, lies.

My bank have told me I have to wait until Friday, if I still don’t have it they are going to raise a fraud investigation, I’ve supplied all the tracking information and telephone recordings of our phone calls (luckily used my work phone).

I hope my refund arrives by Friday because I can not be bothered with this hassle.

Very late partial refund after returning goods, no response to email.

I purchased a PC which was damaged.
Returned the PC after approval.
The manager (I removed his name on 24/11/2017 on his request) promised a refund within 10 days.
That should have been in April and now it is July,
He does not respond to email.
When do I get my 300 pound?

In a chat session the full refund was promised to be made at short notice.

Update July 16th 2017
Full purchase amount refunded.
Still to come is the expenses I made to return the faulty item.

Update September 15th 2017
Still no refund for return shipping expenses.

Update November 24th 2017
Technocart posted that they have no record of this customer.
But they did make a (partial) refund.
They can contact me so we can close this review in a positive way.

Update March 15th 2019
Today I will ask again about the status of the refund of my returned PC.

I bought a computer for my son and was …

I bought a computer for my son and was absolutely shocked at the way the computer was packed. No protection around the tower so that came with a dent in and was covered in scratches and there was loose parts inside. The mouse was cellotaped to 1 side and the keyboard to the other and both where really damaged. The box had 2 different addresses and 2 different courier companies so I know it was an old computer and not the one I ordered. Trying to contact someone here is an absolute nightmare because it is in the from of a live chat. I was told to send photos the damaged item and was told they where extremely sorry and to return it straight away. I did this and asked for a refund. I was told they I would give me a refund within in 8 to 12 days it's now been 21 and nobody seems to want to answer on live and the phone number is a waste of time because it's for the warehouse and they haven't a clue. I advise anyone avoid this company no matter how cheap things are and the offers they have. Spend a little extra get what you require. I won't settle until I get my money back whatever it takes and will be starting this process 1st thing Monday morning to get this company investigated and fight for my money back

Incredible patience and support

Recently purchased a new custom gaming PC from these guys. At first I was a little bit sceptical but their service has blown me away. They answered every question I had happily (and there were a lot) and have helped with the sale before and after. Really can't recommend these guys enough
