My order was fulfilled immediately, I received it within 3 business days in Hungary. The amp was extremely carefully packed and TNT took a proper care of it. Communication was prompt, kind and comprehensive. It was my second order, based on these I can fully recommend Technology Factory.

Technology Factory has a wonderful inventory and great prices! Francis is a pleasure to work with and very personable. While they have a very nice website that you can order from, I like the old-fashion and personable approach that they offer - you can call them and a person actually answers the phone and will take the time to talk with you and answer all your questions. Very nice folks! The international shipping is fast (3-4 business days) and everything is very well packed and protected. Highly recommended!
P.S.: I pretty much buy all of my EU made audio gear from the EU! It saves a lot of money as the U.S. distributors of EU audio gear jack up the price by 45 - 55% - totally ridiculous! Save some money and order your EU made gear from the Technology Factory!

I bought 2 pairs of Shunyata Research Delta XLR interconnects. It is the 2nd time I do purchase products from Technology Factory. They carry variety of brands of audiophile products. It is no doubt that you can easily find something suitable for. Although shipment is highly affected under the situation of COVID-19, I received goods in couple of days once it has been shipped. Thank you Francis.

Very bad experience.
Before the purchase I have asked about shipping cost and got an answer, that shipping cost can only be calculated after the payment for the item. Francis is very pleasant and helpful until the payment is received. But after the payment he has disappeared. Have made few emails and called to the shop. Got the promise to figure out all the problems in 15 min, but again, had to search for him. Than got explanation, that there is no item on sale, and Francis is looking for it from the suppliers. When another week has passed have asked for refund, but again, Francis has disappeared- no answers, just a silence.

I contacted Technology Factory regarding the stock for a Technics SACD player. They replied quickly that the item was about to be added back to the website, and let me know in case I wanted to purchase as stocks were limited. I had not budgeted for an immediate purchase, but they kindly let me place a deposit and fulfill payment 2 months later. It did take a little time to confirm the receipt of the final payment, however once that was sorted out, they apologized for the slight delay and were extremely efficient in prepping the package and sending it out the same day - to reach me in Singapore 2 days later! Communication in English was fluid and easy - Francis was excellent to work with, and I look forward to shopping at their store again.

The overall improvement to my system the Novum PMR 2 brought was much more than I expected. The improvements were so significant I now consider the Novum like a component in the signal chain. Excellent product you should try once your system is in a good place.

Sounds easy, but mid-Covid and post Brexit this was a tall order, and Technology Factory showed their expertise (thank you) in international shipping and customs.

So far, completely unprofessional. I placed an order in April 2021. I received a confirmation email, money was withdrawn from my account and that's all. I wrote three emails in the meantime requesting some info about my order. After four months, still no answer, nothing.
