Extremely bad experience – lost over £8,000 due to poor service and unprofessional behavior.

I paid TechnoScore £5,000 for a project, but they failed to deliver what was promised. Their team was clearly inexperienced, communication was poor, and the service was far below expectations. Over time, the total financial loss I suffered reached over £8,000.

I spent a full year trying to resolve the issue, but TechnoScore ignored my emails and never took responsibility. They refused to return any money, and I have now given up after wasting so much time, energy, and money.

In my opinion, this company is unprofessional, dishonest, and not qualified to handle serious projects. I strongly warn others to be very cautious before doing business with them.

Prakreti and the team at technoscore have been very proactive and ensured that the whole process of website hosting, designing and building was smooth and clear.

WARNING DO NOT USE TECHNOSCORE!!

I hired technoscore take over the development and management of my asp.net marketplace. I tested them with some very simple tasks first with a firm written agreement that they quote the hours required, 50% paid up front and 50% on completion. It started of well, I decided to trust them and agreed to prepay for a load of hours work so that they could just crack on with tasks as they arise. It then turned out that one of the the things I had paid them in full to do to the website was actually done badly and causing serious issues. Despite the issue being directly from work they had done and was allegedly "fixed" I was willing to pay the hourly rate for them to rectify their mistake. Having already paid for a load of hours up front that were not used they then tried to quote me a ridiculous amount of time to fix something that they broke. I asked what the issue was requested a detailed quote explainin how they came to this figure they would not / could not provide. They now will not respond to my emails and have left me with major issues. I will be contacting paypal to request a refund but stongly recommned anyone to find another company if you do not want to have similar problems.

The fact that they are always ready to jump into the new aspect of the project and how quickly they were able to come up to speed in understanding our business has really stood out.
