Very helpful advice on the phone before buying. Laptop delivered next day with free delivery. Laptop was a Grade A refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad & the condition was as described & laptop works fine. Good value for money. Comes with a warranty & after sales technical help / repairs - which hopefully I won't need.

Product was ok but the lack of support is dissapointing.
I've tried to reach them for the invoice(as I did not receive one) many times during last several weeks. They arr ignoring my emails and by phone they just send you to email.

PS. I have sent you 4 emails to the mentioned address, and haven't received any response. We spoke 2 times by phone, and each time you said to contact you by email.

The Elitebook laptop I purchased is of great quality and in perfect condition - as described. Also the upgrade service offered by the store works great - RAM upgrade and SSD possible.

Very happy with the laptop, however not happy with the delivery service as the delivery driver did not ring yhe bell, but just left it outside and anybody could have taken. It was stated as if I signed for yhe laptop.

I've been holding off writing this review but the lack of service has pushed me to do so. The surface pro that I bought was advertised as A grade but when I received it the outer casing was covered in scratches, the corners were damaged and the keyboard is scruffy. I contacted Techno Systems, providing photos, and they said I could either send the laptop back for a refund or they would send a new keyboard. Contacted them again to say that I would like the keyboard sending, they responded asking me to send photos! I told them to refer to the email thread which was attached to the email I had sent which had already offered me a keyboard. Still nothing!

In response to your reply...your original advert was misleading. It looks like an 'A' followed by a hyphen leading onto the next piece of text on the ad! No way of telling that it was an 'A minus'. Very deceitful. The photos were not clear and you already offered a replacement keyboard when I bought all of this up in my original email to you when I recieved my laptop. And now I'm, off the back of this review you're offering money off to other potential buyers?! I'm done.
