Got a second hand laptop in a really good condition from them, very decent price. I'm glad I took up on that recommendation from a friend.

The laptop was exactly as described and at the best price I could find on the web. Very pleased with it so far. Battery holds a decent charge as well.

The laptop appears to work ok but the panel by the power switch is actually bent, so i would question the A1 rating. Reasonably priced though and it was a speedy service, delivered on the day promised ( though UPS tracking website had it due be delivered the following day!!)

I ordered a A grade Dell laptop for my granddaughter, it had a very slight mark on the front case ( but it is second hand ) I had a little problem ordering it at first ( user error) . Marius ( sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong) was very helpful and helped me finish the order . It arrived a day earlier than it said it would (great). We've set it up ready for Xmas Day , no problems . I would defiantly order a laptop from here again .

Continues to ignore all contact on problems I've experienced with my laptop, which they sold to me on Amazon as "new" when it was in fact refurbished. When I post reviews, they reply by pretending I was not their customer, then change their name on Google to try to avoid the poor but well deserved reputation this treatment of customers accumulates. They have even tried denying the existence of their own webpage, and phone number, after Amazon eventually forced them to offer some kind of response. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

To answer the seller's inaccurate response to this review, I would make these points: 1) Since you systematically ignore all contact from me, how do you know what I am "demanding"? 2) It would be difficult to make your reputation look any worse than it already does on Google. 3) True, you don't "buy" reviews, because you simply write them yourself when you need to. 4) I DID pursue a claim through Amazon, as you well remember, during the course of which you made me an offer which you later withdrew and refused to honour. 5) You mysteriously never see my emails, and it takes you approximately one year to notice when I post a review on Google, yet it takes you about 19 minutes to respond to an unfavourable review on Trustpilot, which shows that you are well organised. 6) I will continue to post honest feedback about my highly disappointing experiences using your company whenever I feel like it, for the benefit of others, which is the same reason I also reported you to Trading Standards, who emailed me last week and again just this morning asking for more information. I won't get any money out of it, so it isn't "blackmail" as you put it, it's two other words, which are: "honesty", and "transparency". Others will benefit from seeing what kind of service they can expect from you.

I've bought off Techno systems twice before, so decided to look no further yet again, Spoke to Marius on Thurs morning, told him what I was after, he got back to me midday, I ordered just after lunch, it was dispatched by 3pm, Friday 1pm, It was delivered, what else can you ask for, that was as smooth as anything you can ask for.
Customer service is awesome, used lap tops are in prestigious condition.
I would definitely recommend this Co to anyone, you have no worries... Trust me!
