Techo Bloc manufactures some of the best products in the industry and even though they are a rather large company you get small family business service. I've met so many amazing people over the years from Techo Bloc. Their systems they put in place for ordering, shipping, quality control, etc., are well thought out and makes doing business easy. They are always innovating new products, marketing tools, and customer experience. They have an amazing team in the Midwest. If I could give more stars I would.

Techo bloc is a great company with great products. Very seldom have i had issues with their products and my rep, Brandon Newton has been extremely helpful with any concerns or questions I’ve had about material, use, ideas, or installation.
I’m not a fan of the York countertops and will not be using them again. We did an outdoor kitchen and used them as countertops but cutting and installation was a huge pain. After install, the clean bloc tech started to form divets/holes and the surface started to dissolve.

We had a great experience with Techo-Bloc and their local representative David VanWyck of VanWyck LanDesign. David grasped what we were wanting and came up with a design that captured it perfectly using some of the latest products from Techo-Bloc. We are are very pleased with the result.

I would think twice about using Techo-Bloc, I had Stone mix coming up through the surface on my Eva pavers on about 60 pavers, shiny white small stones as you see in the photo. 30K job and at least 60 pavers affected. Techo Bloc said it is normal for that to happen, this job is 2 years old. They will not even come out to look at them. I called the local supplier and he could not believe they did not come out as they do not stand behind their product

I love the event you guys hosted at the end of winter. Its show case, presentations and hosts were exceptional clear on the explanation of the products, material and installation. I love the introduction of new products on technology as well and seems that this field will help the industry tremendously in the near future. Thank You Guys!

Seminar yesterday in Calgary was a good way to get ahead of the season, become enlightened regarding new products and reacquaint oneself with colleagues.

I liked the 3D design portion of presentation, the one thing I always struggle with is in the brochures all the pics seem to be large acreages or estates, when in reality even Tyler said the majority of jobs that are asked about are around $65K on a 20'x30' backyard.

Can you as a company not design, install and take these pics as well?

The seminar for me personally was valuable, hotel was nice, the lunch was set up a little backwards, but that's the hotel.
I have attended numerous Techo Bloc seminars over the years and this one was a little more personal.

Issues are very rare, but if a random issue pops up they are quick to support us. Their reps are also great resources when support is needed for installing or sourcing a new product.

This is a top shelf superior product. True and true quality, color blends, durability, and easier to install. Reps are very responsive and ready to get out with you to make solutions with al their product knowledge. I've looks elsewhere - nothing compares.

Techo-Bloc makes consistently great product. Too many times in the past I have had incorrect measurements, incorrect color or defective material. I can stake my company name on the quality of their product.
