Chris did an amazing job on repairing my phone came on a Sunday to my home address but needed an extra part so came to me at my place of work on a Thursday at the time stated and repaired my phone at my convenience

My claim was resolved easily, just a long wait for repair appointment
My claim was resolved easily - only giving 4 stars as there was a wait of 10+ days to repair my phone. The customer team were very helpful, the repair technician was great, the only issue was having to wait quite a long time for a repair appointment. I was lucky to have a spare phone, not everyone will have access to that.

Very easy and straightforward from the time I started the claim, it’s all done through their easy to use app, the device I received as a replacement is basically brand new, not even a scratch on the sides. I’ve recommended tech pack insurance with likewize to all my friends and family now.

recently had to make a claim on my phone insurance and I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything went. The claim process was straightforward, the communication was clear at each step, and I always knew what was happening with my case. My replacement/repair was sorted much faster than I expected, and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Overall, I feel properly looked after and I’m glad I chose this company – I’d happily recommend their phone insurance to friends and family

Bad service, very slow process 25 days they take after providing correct documentation, they still rejecting again and again and last they approve claim and send you replacement, lazy team

Simple and easy to book repairs, the cost of the excess is fair and reasonable.
The man who came and did my phone repair was friendly and polite.
He had had a cancellation and was running early, he rang to ask if it was possible to come sooner, I was having lunch with friends at a pub minutes away from home so he came to me instead, and fixed my phone whilst I sat and ate lunch, which actually was a big help to me for the rest if the day. Really appreciated this.
