After much research, I finally chose Techsilver GPS tracker. So I could have peace of mind, when my partner went out for his daily runs and walks. I needed some help to set it all up, and the tech team were very helpful. The tracker and the App were very easy to manage. Sadly, my partner no longer runs or walks, so I did not need the tracker any more. I contacted Customer services and left a message. I was contacted by them the next day and spoke to a kind and understanding man. I was reassured that my subsription would be cancelled. I feel that the team at Techsilver care very much about the people who use their trackers to maintain independance
during their Dementia journey.

Used the keyring tracker when my elderly mother started wandering due to mixed dementia..the app was easy to use and offered reassurance on my mother's whereabouts. Great customer service when we did need help from quicksilver ...I would definitely use again if needed.

The GPS key fob tracker has been extremely reliable and easy to use as well as being very accurate. The app is also well designed and user friendly. Customer service and support are also very good. Highly recommended.

A word to anyone considering purchasing from this company.
Firstly, don't take out an annual subscription as if you have any issues & want to cancel, you won't get any money back.
Secondly, my mum has Alzheimer's & I have not found the tracker reliable in the second year. I am very disappointed in Techsilver who only offer £30 off a new purchase after accepting there is a fault with the tracker.
I am now purchasing a tracker from a highly recommended company PAJ & hope I get a better service.

The tracker did everything we needed. It meant my family member was able to have some independence for longer and was reassuring for the rest of the family to be able to check whereabouts.
If I needed to use a tracker in future, TechSilver would be my first choice because they have been consistently helpful and supportive, and very reasonable cost.

We got a Grandpad for our elderly aunt during COVID. It was a lifeline for her. It allowed us to keep in touch with her, and her with us. She had an old mobile phone but found it too confusing and left it switched off. She soon got used to the Grandpad with its clear, simple design.
On the few occasions that we had a problem, mainly our aunt not putting it back on the charging station correctly the staff at Grandpad were very helpful.
I would recommend a Grandpad for anyone who is not very tech-savvy. It improved our aunt’s later years.

The customer service provided by this company is truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to help set up the device and iron out all issues, a vital support when providing security for a vulnerable parent. The device worked accurately and many serious crises were avoided as a result. When I no longer needed the GPS tracker they were extremely obliging and caring in managing the account. I 100% recommend this company and their products.

A very useful device which gave us peace of mind when my mother wandered. After a couple of years when my mother's condition deteriorated and she could no longer live at home the cancellation process was simple.

I never leave reviews. But I have to say dealing with Techsilver was easy. I ordered a tracker about two years ago for my Mother with dementia. It worked as expected we were able to find if she wandered out of the house and speak to her over it if needed. No problems at all. I have now canceled the subscription as she is in a home. I have lost all my information except the postage information that was in one of my email account . So contacted them via chat and was expecting the usual rigmarole. Nope... not only had I got hold of a real person at 7pm but they have found all my details and cancelled my subscription there an then and even though I have given the a different email to the one I used to set up the subscription. The cancelation was in my email before it have even left the chat. Proper customer service. Mint.

I bought this tracker for my mother who is living with dementia. She is extremely active but there has been occasions where she has been unable to find her way back to her home after a trip into town or to the local shop.
The tracker has been invaluable in tracking her whereabouts so we could bring her home. Unfortunately she has now, had to transition to a care home for her own safety but the tracker was a major factor in allowing her to live independently in her own flat for as long as possible.
Sometimes it takes the gps signal a little time to catch up but it gave a good indication of the general area where she was. Also found support and communication with the team available and extremely helpful . Thank you so much.

From the beginning, when I sought advice on the best device, to the end, when I had to cancel my subscription as my husband had to go into care, Techsilver has been superb. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt that help and support was always available. I would certainly recommend them and, if I need this type of service again, won't hesitate to go back to them.

GPS tracker provided family peace of mind as Mum deteriorated with dementia. It allowed her to remain in Supported Accommodation as opposed to being moved to specialist secure care. Company always prompt to respond to enquiries.

For the last few years, having the TechSilver (Tranquil) GPS unit has been a fantastic peace of mind, and saved us on more than one occasion when my Mum did go wandering without any idea where she lived.
We were able to track her and pick her up within such a short time we couldnt have thought possible during such stressful episodes.

I'd definitely recommend TechSilver (now Tranquil) to anyone in a similar situation.

I purchased a TechSilver tracker for my mother who had early onset of dementia. I'd be able to track her when I got an alert that she'd left home so I knew her whereabouts. As the illness worsened she would wander off at all times of the day/night and the device proved invaluable as I could get to where the device showed me where she was. I would recommend this to anyone with a family member in a similiar scenario and TechSilver were so understanding when I had to cancel the service with my mother entering a care home so the tracker was no longer required.

The customer service of this business is wonderful and the device we bought for my Mum who has Alzeihmers is fantastic. It has given the family a lot of piece of mind. I have to work away in Europe at times and I could even use the tracker app and call function from there and the best bit is that she doesn't need to press anything to answer, it just connects directly which has really helped as she now struggles to use a phone of any type. She also really likes the design as it just looks like a fashionable necklace and doesn't scream tracker or alarm. We would highly recommend this device and the excellent customer support that comes with it.

The GrandPad was a great device for my elderly mother to keep in touch with family and friends. She especially loved seeing photographs and videos of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
