We have had very good tech support and advice in setting up the device. The video was very clear but also reassuring that we could talk to someone at techsilver if needed. The tracker gave us all peace of mind and helped keep our lady safe. She also liked being able to speak into the device. I would definitely recommend and use this service at Techsilver again.

The Waterproof GPS Tracker enabled us to check in on my sister although we live 4 hours away from her home. As she has dementia and wanders it was a great relief to be able to see where she was at any time and to check that she arrived home safely. On more than one occasion we were able to direct a neighbour or the police to find her after dark.
The App also shows when the tracker needs to be charged. Charging is very straight forward and we were able to explain to my sister that it simply needed to be placed on the cradle with the red light showing and to be left there until the light went out. The App also shows when it is fully charged.
The service we received from TechSilver has been excellent and we would particularly like to thank Cyrus for his assistance.

We bought a Techsilver Tracker subscription for my mother-in-law, who is living with dementia, and it has been absolutely invaluable. She enjoys walking independently, and the tracker has given us real peace of mind. We can easily follow her routes and whereabouts, and the ability to communicate with her – and for others to reach her if she gets into a pickle – has been incredibly reassuring.

The geofence feature has also been essential, sending immediate alerts whenever she leaves the designated area. The device is simple for her to charge herself, and on the rare occasion we had a slight issue, Techsilver’s customer service was fast and efficient in getting it resolved.

Overall, the tracker has made a huge difference to her independence and to our confidence in her safety. Highly recommended.

I am in my 70s, my husband with Alzheimer's in his 80s. I'm not the most technically advanced but knew the Techsilver GPS Tracker would make my life easier. It most certainly has! Thanks to Cyrus and his unstinting help and advice I can now sleep easy. Thank you Techsilver and especially Cyrus.

Anytime I had a issue with the device they were very helpful. I wanted to cancel the service when my Mother could no longer manage the device and it was only a matter of emailing customer service. They even waived the notice period.

We used this tracker to give my son with learning disabilities more independence and it was perfect . We had efficient knowledgeable support from techsilver when needed, and sad that his needs have changed so it’s no longer an aid to his independence.

The customer service I have received on numerous occasions has been great. Emails have been responded to in a timely manner and support has been there whenever I have needed it. The tracker has been great to keep tabs on when mum has wondered. I would definitely recommend the company.

The grandpad is a great way of giving people, who struggle to use modern technology, a chance of keeping up with all the opportunities the internet brings.
The back up is very good. There is always someone to help if needed. I would definitely recommend.

This is an easy to use and reliable device. Really helped my peace of mind, whilst living away from my father. Recommended.

My husband can no longer use the device and I’ll need to change to a camera in order to be able to go out for even short periods. Tech silver waived the notice period and it was comforting to have our situation understood so readily

This product has given us so much peace of mind when our mum would go out. It enables us to see where she is, she can call family immediately if she gets lost and we can call her through the device if she forgets her phone.

The gps tracker for my dad was fantastic.
It was very reassuring knowing we knew where he was all the time.
It helped us find him a few times when he got lost.
