Brought my phone in to try and improve quality of pictures. They opened it up and assessed it within the hour. Not much could be done. They could have advised me to replace the back, but were honest enough to tell me it probably wouldn't help. Good guys quick service, and they didn't charge me. This is my go to place for phone and laptop fixes.

I went in to get my iPad fixed a few days ago the staff were so nice and helpful
My iPad was fixed really quickly and they didn’t charge much considering there was a lot of problems with it to fix
I’d really recommend going here to get your devices fixed or for advice they also sell good quality phone accessories and second hand devices

Had issue with bluetooth on my PC since March, dropped it of in the morning fixed by lunch. Fast repair, clear explination of the issue, very happy.

iPhone 13 Pro Max containing critical access codes for company portal. I brought the unit to the GAlway branch, the team were excellent, spelling out the options. I decided to give it a try and the unit was repaired and returned within two weeks. I cannot praise the guys in Galway enough for the process, updates and outcome. 10/10

Used these guys a few times, always a good result, professional and efficient.

Will never use this unit in Galway again. I went in with a laptop to get a power port changed and they insisted that it needed a new harddrive and windows install and that the power port was fine. They tried every trick to try and sell me everything under the sun - clearly, secondary sales were being driven by management. Ultimately, had to return as the laptop wouldn't power up. A different tech there said it was the power port.

The lads onsite are very helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me with my new laptop. Definitely recommend them.

I am not at all good with technology and I explained this to the member f staff. They showed admirable patience and under standing in explaining what needed to be done and why. What they said they would do, they did. I will be back.

I had a problem with my phone as the screen was not showing anything but blue display! I got a new phone dropped it in and they transferred all my data over with than 3 hours! Fantastic service and Thanks to Johnny and his Team in Galway.

TechStar are definitely the best company I have dealt with in relation to Laptops. From the moment I entered their premises I was treated with respect. They listened to what I told them about the issue with the laptop and made notes. At no time did they make me feel like they were the experts and what did I know about tech, which is what happened in Curry's where I purchased the laptop. They clearly explained the charges for doing a diagnostic test and assured me that no further work would be carried out without first consulting me. Couldn't recommend the two lads enough.
