Best customer service I have received

I ordered the electro kit for my 4-year-old & the first day we were exploring it, the controller’s attachment came off. I wrote to the customer services and they replied immediately & sent us the new controller with the wire within the next 3 days. It’s working perfectly now & my son really loves it. I was amazing by their excellent customer service even in these trying Covid time. I would recommend Techwillsaveus to everyone who is looking for gifts with unimaginable fun & knowledge.

Ordered beginning of March (2/3/20)…

Ordered beginning of March (2/3/20) told that I'd only be getting 2 instead of 3 and would this be ok... I said yes as of 29th April 20 still no product... yet another company ripping people off!

Arcade coder - an original and ingenious toy!

I didn't really have a clear idea of what the Arcade Coder could do before we got it, and now we've had it a few weeks I am certain we still haven't reached its full potential, but it is definitely a fab toy.The tutorials are easy to follow and accessible even for my 6 year old. Both the 'art' and 'game' modes are engaging and there is great room for creativity. We look forward to learning more about it in the coming months.
