Excellent service…. had a fault with a product (remote for the garage) I bought a while ago but didn’t get round to using. The product was replaced without any headaches timely.

I ordered wrong remote for my garage. Tecmania, in particular Brendan in customer support, gave first class service. Sent the correct remote within a day of my returned remote. No quibble, and no fuss. Given it was my fault this was exceptional service. Thank you.

My keyfob failed after only 4 months, but tewcmania replied to my email immediately and promised a replacement without further ado. Excellent customer service an online company yuou can rely on.

We buy a fair of amount of fobs as the sites we look after all have different controller / gates etc so the combinations used to appear daunting.

Since finding Tecmania we have been able to reduce the quantity of fobs we need to hold to just two models and when we do find a new gate or controller that we're not familiar with its reassuring to have the superb customer support from tecmania.

Buying online is sometimes a leap of faith,I can honestly say I have been super impressed with every interaction with tecmania. Their support is fast they ship quickly and the products are reliable.

My electric gate supplier told me that I'd need a new control box and new remotes to replace my broken faac remotes. Complete rubbish. Brendan from Tecmania told me exactly what I needed. Tecmania were excellent from a technical point of view, polite and courteous and responding to my queries very promptly. The replacement remotes were sent first class royal mail and promptly arrived next day with me . I am new to ebay and this was my first purchase and I have to say if every purchase goes as smoothly as Tecmania I'll be a very lucky man.

You learn about a company when there is an issue. I have purchased multiple goods from Tecmania and this week a controller arrived that was faulty. I emailed and Brendan responded instantly. Replaced no questions asked. They have my business and I will use them a lot. We have made over forty purchases and the goods are reliable and credible. I would recommend.

Was looking for a replacement of a remote that was already quite old and had compatibility issues when testing new remotes. Tecmania helped with choosing the correct remote. I can only recommend their pre- and after sales support!
