This company stole $4,712.82 from me

This company stole $4,712.82 USD from me. I purchased a Canon EOS R5 C camera body from Tecno Planet through Amazon Mexico and when I returned it using DHL prepaid they claimed the box was empty. In Mexico if you send anything the employees at DHL, Fedex, UPS inspect the package before they tape it up so this is a complete lie. I was robbed by this company and Amazon Mexico.
