The table top may have been hit. It's not premium quality, although that's reflected in the price. It does the job anyway, so I didn't send it back.

Evrything went fine
Everything went fine. I accidentally provided an invalid address, so the support had to get in touch with me. They asked for the correct address. Communication with the support was smooth and easy. Shipping was fast, the product was as in the pictures. Thanks.

Beautiful high quality cat tree
Fast delivery (3 days), beautiful high quality product (ordered the Entissar cat tree). The cat tree is surprisingly stable, well made, and so pretty that it kinda decorates the room. My cats love it and I dont believe they could knock it over at all even though i didnt attach it to the wall.

The transport was excellent
The transport was excellent. The product has some issues as somewhere it can be leak-in because of the bad engineering and the roof plates are not overlap each other perfectly.

Untrustworthy shipping company
Your shipping company UPS is terrible. I ordered twice from you, and both there was problem with delivering and I didn’t get the package on the day what was in the delivery email not once. The Hungarian customer service was rude too they didn’t want to help neither on phone or email and the delay wasn’t our fault. Altough I like the things very much what I ordered, but until you work with this untrustworthy UPS I won’t order from you anymore unfortunately.
