Taking advantage of if a vulnerable disabled woman

I contacted the studio by phone and explained I am very disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and walk with a walking aid but friends have told me gentle Pilates exercises might help me. I said I need access by ground floor or lift .The woman told me that an assessment appointment was £65 I agreed I would pay and I paid £65 with my debit card . I went to the appointment with my carer and rang the bell on the ground level from pavement when the door opened I couldn’t see a ground floor entrance The woman said there were flights of stairs to the studio.. I said I could not go upstairs with my 4 wheel walking aid or sticks would take hours. She wasn’t the woman I spoke to on the phone I was very upset and said I wanted a refund and left. I got very ill soon after that and was unable to check my bank statements until recently and found no refund I think they have taken advantage of a very disabled person and will report them to Trading Standards ..not sure if exact date in July
