Amazing cuddly toy passport
I ordered a teddy passport for my daughter’s cuddly koala ahead of our first abroad holiday, and it was posted the very next day, arriving within 2 days. It looks great and all the details are exactly as I wanted. Kevin can’t wait for his trip!

Fantastic passport and service
I placed my order Wednesday morning and in less than an hour I had an email to say that MrPink’s passport was on its way! It arrived two days later and looks brilliant, the printing is really high qualityI would definitely recommend this product / company.

Wow ..if it was possible to give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would! Dave was super fast reaching out to us for the picture of the teddy. Very efficient and lovely to deal with. It arrived this morning and my little girl is just over the moon! It looks amazing. The detail in it is incredible and to top it off, a letter to my little girl which really was a beautiful touch.

Hello Noa, Im very sorry to see your 1 star review.
I did write with the cancellation and explain that the system had not sent through any payment, and as that was the case, I would have to cancel the order. The payment issue may not have been your fault, but without payment, I can't really be expected to make and send a passport out, internationally, which incurs further cost.
I will email you again, and if you would like to order again, I would be very happy to arrange alternative payment situation for you.
Incredible good service and product
As soon as I placed the order, Dave reached out to get the photo for the teddy passport. He then also confirmed when he received the photo and on top of that, we received the passport 2 days after placing it.
The support, the communication and the service from Dave was absolutely brilliant! The passport itself is magnificent and my kid absolutely adores it!
Can’t stress how great the service from Dave was and definitely would give him a 5 star recommendation to anyone.

Excellent product and customer service.
The product is excellent. The envelope and letter they send with the passport is a lovely addition to the passport that the family and child will want to keep. The instructions for filling out the Teddy passport was very easy to follow. Customer services contacted us immediately on receipt of the photograph and kept us informed of progress. Delivery was speedy. We are delighted with the product as it goes well with our Teddy in a Suitcase we are giving our nephew on his christening. I hope they all travel well together.
