The cake was soggy, shapeless,with an ugly blue ribbon , they wrote my birthday message with a pen" i could have done that without paying £3, the card was poor quality and dull. The envelop arrived half torn with a we are sorry message. The birthday cake is on the table with only a few pieces cut and none willing to take a second taste. it was my mom's birthday and had put my heart to it only to be disappointed. It was a worst. maybe should have gone to Tesco

We ordered 3 bears from Teddytastic and the kids (3 year old twins and a 4 year old) had a great afternoon filling the teddies and doing the activities that came in the pack (colouring in, crayons and puzzles). They are excellent quality and really soft, to the extent that my girls are taking them to bed every night. Great value for money and highlight of their week. Highly recommended for a wet wintery afternoon.

Really terrible service. I recieved my £42 order stuffed into a large envelope from my hermes courier torn and damaged and missing items. I messaged the company immediately to try and get a return address as the items I had recieved I wasn't over the moon with them. The gift certificate and colouring page were badly blurred and the accessories that came with it, in my opinion not worth the money spent. The company ignored my email but I recieved an automatic email from them saying they had cancelled my order. Why cancel my order but not respond? This forced me to open a paypal claim which they also ignored. After waiting the recommended time paypal closed the case in my favour and refunded me.
This could have been rectified better had the company responded as I was happy to return the goods I had recieved as I had stated in my email. Would never use again and will never recommend to others. Avoid this company.

Great communication from first contact. Quick delivery. Easy to fill the teddy. Great fun. My 4 year old loved it. Would highly recommend.

Bought three fun packs for my children as an Easter surprise. They loved it and was very happy.

I wasnt holding much hope on Teddytastic being good due to Build-a-Bear being around. I was pleasantly surprised last year.
We was invited to a Teddy-tastic birthday party, My 6 year old boy had a melt down because he changed his mind about which bear he wanted. Valentina was amazing and really accommodating.
The Children were entertained the whole time and had an amazing time full of fun. Food provided was a sandwich selection with additional bits, you could see the portions were good sizes and they were fresh and good quality. All round a great service and would highly recommend.
COVID-19 got me in touch with Valentina again. I had seen these pack around social media and checked them out. Fantastic idea, a Teddytastic with activity and more to entertain the kids while on lockdown. When I spoke with Valentina, who yet again has gone above and beyond to get a pack out to me during such a hard time. The kids absolutely loved every minute of making but also doubles up as a keepsake to remember this time that we all hope we never re-live and remember it was fun for them while sad for others out there.

I brought a Teddy Tastic Fun Pack for my 6 year old son. He loved the dinosaur teddy he got and has taken it to bed with him every night. The customer service was excellent and even though my delivery couldn’t be made due to the lockdown, Teddy Tastic arranged for a courier to deliver. I have a party booked soon and I really hope we can still have it as the kids are definitely going to have an amazing time. Keep up the good work 😀

Brought but upgraded to the teddy bears my son and granddaughter wanted , but still an awesome deal, kids loved making these and filling in their details, would highly recommend to all parents who need to keep the kids entertained, will be ordering more next week because price is right and kids had fun making, see you soon with another order teddy tastic. Oh forgot to mention great choice of bears to for boys and girls xx

Val came and did my daughter party, we had over 40 children and she kept them really entertained and all the kids loved the games and teddies, I would highly recommend it.

Valentina and Teddy Tastics came to our wedding in November 2019 and entertained our little ones with their fantastic games, competition, disco and of course the bears.
even the adults couldn't resist a bear.
Plus hubby and I got ours with their wedding attire too. (which I love)
Seeing the smiles on the kids faces loving their bears, unicorns, dinosaurs and a specially requested shark. it's made memories that will last a lifetime.

Absolutely loved my daughter's Teddytastic birthday party! Valentina was amazing and the children were engaged and laughing and they all had such a wonderful time. Even the adults got involved! And we were in stitches!!!
