under the circumstances I understand your issues with shipping is out of your control. My Mom received her gift and was extremely happy. Thank you for doing what you do. I have some great ideas as I used to be in the business of Promotions and apparel. Once again, thanks . Good luck thru this mess.

Unfortunately there is not a Negative…

Unfortunately there is not a Negative Star review available. I was advertised to on April 9th with something for Mothers Day. I ordered it with roughly 3 weeks before the holiday. It is not May 26th and I still have not received the order. They do not allow reviews or emails to customer service because they know how terrible their service is. This company is horrible!

No recommend it

I truly understand the Covid19 situation. But my order was placed on April 24 and today May 24 still in process. I can't cancel my order. Also, every time that I call is just an automatic machine that answered. They responded on emails but a week ago they said that it will be ready in 5-10 days.
I ordered a mother's day present. I hope it will come before Christmas.

Don't order from this company

Don't order from this company! Placed an order almost a month ago and no sign of my order being shipped. When I contact them, they respond with a copied message telling me that my order will ship in 5-10 business days, it's been 20... 🤔

No Facebook ans no Contact us... warning

I'm trying to order a tshirt and coffee mug but the order is stuck at "order processing" so... I try to find them on FB or a Contact us link... nothing.... bad bad vibe.... just a warning... and look at all the horrid reviews. . Sadness #china?

Ruined Mother's Day

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a gift two weeks ahead of Mother's Day. The site said it would ship in 5-10 business days. It was supposedly processed the next day, and no status updates since. It is now almost 3 and a half weeks later and STILL NO WORD ON WHEN IT WILL SHIP. They took 2.5 weeks to even respond to my message about an issue with the billing address, and another 5 days to follow up after that. I'm pretty much assuming I'll never get my stuff at this point.

If I could give this company a negative I would....

If I could give this company a negative star I would..... I ordered on 4/26/20 and the website said that my order would ship in 5 -10 days. Here we are May 18th... still no status update, item is still "in process", no one answers the phone, but they took my money on 4/26 and when I try to go to their website to request to cancel and get a refund I am told that I am ineligible for this???? I get that Covid-19 has affected businesses but this is not an excuse for a bad company!

Ordered 2 pillows for mother's day with…

Ordered 2 pillows for mother's day with 2 states on them. Both pillows have the wrong states and when I check with the website, it says they haven't been shipped even though they both have been delivered. Customer support just sends the same email with broken links to try to resolve the issue. When I try to file a claim on the website, the only issue I can select is "Order is late" there is no option for an incorrect item. Tried calling to see if could get things resolved, but the only options after calling are for cancelling or changing an order. I am overall very disappointed and frustrated with my orders and with my inability to reach someone to fix their mistake.

Never using this company again

I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day. I placed my order on 4/26. It is now 5/12 and it still says “printing”. I tried to cancel the order they tell me it cannot be canceled. There is no number to get in touch with a live person. I’m so frustrated.

Never again.

Never again. Tried to order my mom a tote bag for Mother’s Day and accidentally ordered the pillow. I emailed them the instant I had an order number to see if I could modify the order (as was stated that you could in the purchase confirmation email). However, I was informed that I could not modify in any way OR cancel the order. They could do literally nothing. Horrible. Don’t give them your money.

I ordered my mom a pillow for Mother’s…

I ordered my mom a pillow for Mother’s Day. They shipped her the wrong pillow I filed 4 claims. They will not fix it. I will never order from them again. I don’t recommend ordering anything from them. All I wanted was to ship back the wrong item and have them send her what I ordered. You can not call them and speak to them and nobody personally responds to you by email. It’s all automated. A waste of $35 dollars. Never again!!!!

HORRIBLE

I ordered 3 items- necklace, mug & t-shirt

I ordered 3 items. They were all shipped separately. The first was a necklace- very poor quality. The second was a coffee mug- it arrived in perfect condition. The third was a t-shirt- I got an email it was delivered but it was not delivered to me or my mailbox. Thankfully my neighbor got it and delivered it to me.
