My husband ordered a custom Beatles White Album long sleeved T-shirt in a men’s medium. What he got was a L/XL, long sleeved baggy t-shirt with The Beatles logo halfway down his chest near his left rib cage and sleeves hanging way down over his hands. We initially asked for a refund but they said bc it was a custom tee all they could do was an exchange. When I mentioned that their refund policy was not customer friendly and that I’d be writing a bad review, they apologized and gave me a refund.
