Terrible company, I return items as sizes where way too big, I paid to return them, got proof of them receiving parcel back and still refusing me refund, absolutely disgusting, so annoyed I paid to send them back and still after proof not paying up, terrible.
I order a shirt for Christmas and the letter are coming off. It has not been worn yet. Can't get any answers from this company buyer beware
Do not buy from this Fb company ordered a hoodie 19th sept,today 22 of October,still not received it unable to make real contact with any one.Poor response from there customer service saying it’s been dispatched. Email requesting a refund via the claim attachment. They responded saying provided an address so another could be send out. I want a refund that’s all.33 days waiting is more than acceptable.
I made three orders with this company. The first came as expected but the print quality was inferior. The second and third orders did not come for weeks and then only after I sent a claim to them. They have no mechanism to connect with a real person when there are issues. They never did respond to my issue with the order I received of 43 masks that I did not order! Never again!
Ordered a hoodie for 50.00 dollars and got 2 tshirts. No return call or email... I believe this company is a scam.
Very pleased with the quality for the price. They will be my staple for basic wardrobe items. The items are well made with good fabric, no loose seams or holes. The leggings especially have held up to many wearings and washings and show very little sign of wear after 20+ wears & 10+ washings.
Fitted items are not going to give you a fit like 50$ items would, however they are certainly good for everyday use. (review on the bras)
