This company is a sham! I ordered a product that stated 3-5 bus days to ship. Even received an email with an shipping date. After three weeks i tried contacting them and of course it wouldnt let me. Kept telling me the order number i was taking right from the email they sent was incorrect. A month later of having my money the product just shipped! And this company is u.s. based so one month is insaine to take to ship something from the same country you live in. I suggest not buying anything.. not worth it!

I odered three tshirts. I ordered the largest size unsure of the fit. The quality is great and I could actually go down a size or two. Love thwm. Will order again soon.

When I first found the canvas bag I bought from Teelaka, I was concerned that they were a fake company. I did a lot of research into them and ended up ordering the bag, though I was still a bit concerned that I was getting scammed. But everything turned out good.
The bag came within the time window they said it would and is of a higher quality than I expected. It made for a wonderful Christmas present.
I've read some bad reviews about them, but my experience with them was great. I would recommend or use again.

I got my order on time. My horse phone cover looks great and fits perfect.

I ordered a phone case. Saw it on Facebook. Didn't know there was 2 different designs. Thought I was getting the one in the ad. It was different. Sent emails & pictures of the Facebook ad & what I was sent. Clearing you can see the difference. They refused to help me. Stated they couldn't see the difference. Want the medal look around all edges. Received without medal look around edges. Now don't see it on Facebook. They never said anything about the pictures I sent showing difference. Not a happy camper!!

The phone cases are trash - dont order!! They wont reimburse you after you see how crappy the quality is!! Never again!! 🤬

would not recommend I had to do 3 different claims because I never received the phone case I ordered two months ago, asked for a refund and they refuse just keep telling me to let them know if my product doesn't show up again. (tracker always says dead letter when it gets delivered to the last post office for delivery)

1 star for prompt shipping. 0 stars for the service. Took 5 days to get a claim response and only because I got into a chat with them. Was dropped out of their chat without preamble. Rude! Got reprints exactly the same as my first order despite reporting my issue. Submitted another claim and got in chat. Was dropped again trying to explain my situation to someone who misunderstood what I was saying multiple times! They said they couldn't change font color to look better on dark cloth. Suspicious they're strealing artwork. Next person in chat reported my issue to production. Just received the third reprint a month after this whole thing began and its the same size/quality. Smaller then advertised. Poor quality. Dodgy help staff. Never ordering again. I work for a printing company and this is ridiculous.

I bought a variety pack of stickers and they are great! Really enjoying them and so are my friends and family. I'm sending cards and stickers to my loved ones to help us stick together during these trying times :)

I really love the epilepsy awareness shirt that I purchased for my granddaughter. It was a good quality shirt and the graphics were wonderful. I did feel that it was pricey for a t-shirt but because of the phrase and graphics, I wanted it for her. It is the one that says " they whispered to her you cannot weather the storm, and she whispers back I am the storm".

My t-shirt shipped promptly, but the quality seriously disappointed. The lesser issue was the print — a couple of the letters weren't complete — but the dealbreaker was the quality of the t-shirt. The shirt shrank excessively in the wash even though I followed the care instructions exactly. Worse, the fabric was extremely harsh and scratchy on my skin. (I washed it hoping it would soften up, but it didn’t help.) Teelaka offered me a reprint (on the same poor-quality type of shirt), but they refused to issue me a refund.

Their refund policy states that they give refunds for products that are flawed, but they exempt items that have been washed. To me, a shirt that shrinks that much under normal care absolutely fits the label of “flawed,” and the only way you could find that out is by washing it. I’d expect a replacement to suffer the same fate, so even if I wanted to wear a scratchy shirt, I wouldn’t want a new shirt that would just shrink again.

I can’t get a straight answer from their reps about whether the issue is that they don’t give refunds ever, even for a poor-quality product, or that I washed the shirt. It's not unreasonable to expect a business to stand behind their products. Their customer service reps are extremely polite, but because of this quality issue, I really regret doing business with Teelaka.

2 times this happen to me i never recieved item and shipped to wrong address on there end

My t-shirt was exactly what I ordered. I loved the softness of the material and the printing was on spot. The only negative I have was the time it took to receive my order. I was kept apprised as the order progressed, but felt I should have received it sooner.

This item has a smaller fit, although the quality of the item was great.

I was very pleased with my product. Exactly what I ordered and wanted.

I ordered the stitch shirt. It was very cute. The shipping took a while but they were very transparent about the shipping times. You were able to check the status while waiting. Would recommend.

My daughters love their Stitch tee shirts! Really good quality tees and printing. Adorable when worn!
