Had an issue with a broken seam after a couple of washes on one the the 7 t-shirts I ordered and Ashleigh from Customer Services sorted me out a replacement really quickly. Will be ordering from Rapanui again.

Initially sent out the wrong size, but quickly rectified and sent out the correct item. Great quality product (a beautiful Sea-Changers t-shirt).

Overall, I’ve had a good experience so far setting up a merchandise website for our charity members. The CMS is easy to navigate and the design tools are self-explanatory. There are help videos embedded in the site if you need guidance. I had a recent query which was answered promptly by customer service, and they actioned my request immediately.
I am still building the site but, to date, I am impressed with what I’ve found and I would recommend.

I own several clothing items from Rapanui/Teemill, as does my partner. Sweatshirts, t-shirts and joggers, we love their clothing, they are comfortable and wash well. I value their environmental credentials and regularly recommend them for this reason. I have contacted the company to raise an issue previously and it was dealt with swiftly, and with a human touch in communication which is often so sadly missing from many retailers. I can't recommend them highly enough and recommend their quality clothing to any conscientious shopper. Teemill is not a run of the mill company.

I just wish there was more products available included with the free membership eg stickers and hats ect maybe one free sample to use then if we like them we would upgrade to a paid membership for all the additional products to use

No women mock ups for first shop clients! As a new customer I was really disappointed that the only mock up models were men. If I wanted a woman to show my design I have to buy Pro. Disgraceful

Alex went out of his way to make sure our T-shirt design would work and that they would be delivered on time. I was very impressed with the service, and the T-shirts are very good too.

I made a mistake and checked out too quickly, before selecting next day delivery. I contacted Ash and she got back to me the next offering to sort out the problem. Order was sent quickly!

I ordered a T-shirt for my Granddaughter which arrived promptly, annd was the usual fantastic quality, unfortunately it was very screwed up and looked as though it had been thrown in the package!! I wrote to Teemill and Ashleigh apologised and refunded me, and acknowledged that it wasn’t great and reassured me that they would feedback to the team.
I have however bought many T-shirts and hoodies from them previously and they have been brilliant - the quality is superb

Quick turnaround which is great, but the top and hoodie are both short in the body despite ordering a large! I'm not a particularly large person but wanted to make sure I had room to move and neither even reach the bottom of my belly. Not flattering at all. I need to wear a tank top under the t-shirt. I can't return them because they're samples so I've spent over £50 on items I'm not very happy with.

The quality is really good. Still soft after multiple washes unlike other brands. Polo tops would be the next thing I would like to see.

Order placing is very easy, but not being able to combine ReMill codes with other discounts is a bit naughty.

Customer services responses when you need them are really slow initially, nowhere near the 2 days they advise.

When they do get back though they're fantastic and bend over backwards to help.

The products are a mixed bag, some lighter coloured products shrink in the wash, particularly in length. However their heavyweight/oversized products are great and are my stock purchase now. Customer service have always been great in sorting replacements where required.

Love their Ethos, and special shout out to Max in customer services.

T shirt never arrived. Ignored by customer service other than a link to say my T-shirt was in America and delivered. I don’t live in America.

Even I had issues with delivery of ordered goods, it was solved to my satisfaction. Reaction was very fast and precise.

Once they contacted me, the replacement was arranged very quickly but the "someone will be in touch in 2 days" was rubbish. I had to contact Greenpeace direct who in turn contacted teemill. Even then it was some time. Probably a couple of weeks overall.
