If I could leave zero stars I would! This company are scammers. I purchased a ring that is plastered all over social media, the description stated that it was sterling silver. After a couple of days wear the ring was discoloured. I emailed the company only to be told that it is silver but coated in another metal? Why would you coat silver that you're selling as sterling silver? I was offered 10% refund which is an absolute joke when they're miss selling their products. Avoid this company at all costs.

My 9 year old son bought me a ring for my birthday. Firstly after using their sizing chart, the ring was huge. I emailed and they refused to replace even though it was their sizing issue. I ordered a new one in the mean time. They said I'd have to pay the return postage or they would give me a measly 10% refund.
Now having the correct size ring for a while only wearing on nice occasions never getting it wet ect, it has tarnished and turned my finger green, so 100% not sterling silver. Don't waste your time with this company.

My partner bought be the ACOTAR inspired starry night ring to propose to me with as I had been seeing it all over social media! Ring looked beautiful and I was ecstatic! However, within 3 days of wearing the ring the metal started tarnishing and turning my finger green! My fiancé emailed them and was offered a pathetic 10% refund?! Absolute scammers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My fiancé feels absolutely mortified now as he works like hell and thought he was getting something legitimate.

When I first looked at the Ring I purchased I thought it looked unique, This is the first time I’ve ordered from your company. Can’t wait to actually see what it looks like in person.

I ordered an item, they sent the wrong item, I payed for shipping insurance, and followed the steps . They would take days to respond and in the end they wanted me to pay for the shipping return and times out my insurance , so I am stuck with an item that I did not want and out the money for it

I found that there isn't enough description on each item. Is every item Gold Plated over Sterling Silver? What are the stones: crystals or lab created? How many stones are in each setting, and what are they? I found myself frustrated by lack of information; and deleted some items from my cart just because I didn't know what the item was/included.

Bought the ACOTAR starry night ring, it's fraudulently stamped 925. The metal started peeling off of it and turning my finger green. I emailed and they offered a 10% refund which, is a slap in the face. I disputed it with my credit card company and they said "it's definitely 925" so, my dispute went nowhere. I will never recommend this company, people will still buy the rings if you don't lie!

I haven’t recovered anything today to make any of my purchases a disappointment

As advertised on their website, the starry night ACOTAR ring was supposed to be made of 925 sterling silver, however, this is not the case, the ring has turned brown and stains my skin green, which sterling silver doesn’t do. I tried to get a refund from the seller but they don’t admit the error and as it stands, still scam the customers selling a product that is not what they paid for. They offered 10% refund and then 20% refund. Why would they offer any refund if the rings were actually made os sterling silver? I compromised and said I would accept 50% if they updated the website so no one else got scammed, but they just stopped replying. Would give a 0 if that was an option.

Wish I would have looked this company up prior to purchasing an item. Like all these reviews ordered a ring 2/3/2025 today is 3/20/2025 still have not received. I am also being told it’s a custom made item which is a bunch of bull. This is a definitely a SCAM to the fullest. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a ring on 1st February costing nearly £30 to date nothing received. I’ve emailed several times and get nothing back. Would definitely stay away if you’re thinking of purchasing

Waited over a month, never received. Response emails vague at first, claiming it was a custom order and being handmade (I didn't order a custom item) or just stating the generic shipping times without addressing the issue. Initially ignored when asked for a refund.

I ordered a ring 6 months ago and still have not received it. They just ignore all of my emails I send and took my money like the thieves they are!

Ordered a ring, was told it would take 2 weeks, it took almost 2 MONTHS. When it finally came it was the complete wrong ring, we emailed and were just told “it’s a nice ring, keep it and we’ll refund you 10%”. I can’t even find the ring on the website! After emailing again I’m being told returns are long and expensive so I’ve been offered a 20% refund to keep it 😂 Appalling service!

The worst customer service ordered a ring on 2nd January still without it. Supposedly Evri have lost it. No accountability from either nor replacement or refund offered. Never order from them useless. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.
