Ordered 2 fleeces and received them in a completely different colour to what was pictured online. No response from the company after a week - had to file a chargeback with my credit card company

I waited 2 weeks for my cap when I payed for 4 day delivery then when my cap came it didn’t have a design on I payed for

Placed 2 orders now with these guys, on both orders I had follow up questions which they answered promptly. Clothes are good, embroidery is good, arrived quickly. Definitely use them again.

Ordered a gillet and was notified it was posted on a Thursday now 5 days later and royal mail saying showing as waiting for the item so they clearly have not sent the item yet and I even paid extra for quicker delivery which clearly isnt the case and why so many bad reviews, I have emailed 3 times and no reply on any of them , wish I looked on here before hand it seems a little bit like they do what they want when they want and dont reply to anyone

I was looking for some hats to be printed in particular I specific brand and model of hat but I favour. Teeone sold the hats and were able to embroider my logo onto the hats but unfortunately upon arrival they had manipulated my logo so it was wrong. They kindly apologise and sent out replacement hats with my correct logo on but this time printed as it would be easier to do than embroidering, although this was good, they printed my design on a different model of hat that I do not like or order. I now have four hats that both are wrong I contacted them for a response and I have failed to reply.

Abysmal effort and passive agreessive responses.

Didnt deliver on time, didnt ring back even when requested. Emailed back late after being chased up without responding to the issue.

Just ticked boxes without actually doing anything. All words, no action.

And no, i havent received any product

They will likely respond saying "we attempted delivery twice. But hiding behind the fact they attempted it on a day we are closed. They sent the order late, and when the order was re-directed they didnt deliver it and have now done nothing with the parcel for 2 days.

They will likely blame DHL, but its their carrier. They chose them. And they will do nothing to chase them or try and sort it. Pathetic

We did chase them, but they didnt respond to phonecalls. What is it with companies hiding behind emails?

Event is in an hour, zero product or response.

Items arrived promptly and as described. Garments are of a high quality and I couldn’t be happier with them. Support were friendly and helpful and service was smooth and straight forward. Thoroughly Recommed!

Paid for the "free trial box" in postage just to be told because I don't want to make a business order today, they won't send the box.

Do not do business. Do not ask me to do business for you. The answer would be no.

Some people have never donated to save an animal and expect the rest of the world to just bend to your will. Like we should just respect your voice, for all the good it does.
