A great buying experience from start to finish, We have just collected our Elddis Affinity, no hard sell just left to look around then some very knowledgable advice from Liam and Nancy. Vans are very competitively priced and plenty to choose from. Liam spent a good hour explaining and demonstrating how everything works. The van was presented in a spotless condition.

We had made a list of caravans we wanted to view from browsing the website. The caravans were all opened up for us and we were left alone to view at our leisure. No pushy sales people thank goodness. Liam was on hand if we needed him and he was able to answer any questions we had.
We found a perfect caravan for us and arranged a date and time to pick up. Liam gave us a very thorough handover. The caravan was ready to go with a new battery and a service.

We bought our caravan from Tees Valley Caravans in Dec 2022. It was a grey and murky day.
From the start the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble. Liam who sold us the caravan has been brilliant. Right from the start he appreciated what were looking for. He made sure the caravan lights were on and made an effort to show us round them. He was never pushy, just informative and friendly.
Nancy in the office was so helpful in dealing with any queries.
As our drive was not finished we were able to store our new caravan with them until ready in January.
Our pre delivery inspection showed an intermittent fault in the heating. This was promptly reported to us and renewed.
The handover was very thorough, again with Liam explaining and showing us step by step round the caravan. It has been many years since we had a caravan so we appreciated Liam’s diligence.
Since we got her home we have required further advice. Once again Liam has been very helpful.
We heartedly recommend Tees Valley Caravans, choosing a new caravan has been a very happy experience.

After buying our first caravan during lockdown, the wife has been really pushing for a newer van. We visited Tees Valley just before new year and made our purchase of the new van. We got a great van for a great price, but the service has been amazing. From start to finish and collecting today, the whole team have been great. Want to say thanks to Liam who helped with everything on the handover and really was amazing!

After thinking about it for a long time my husband and I have just bought our first ever caravan from Tees Valley caravans. On the first day we walked onto the site Liam showed us around several vans but at no point did we feel any pressure to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the different makes and styles of vans and his own love of Caravanning really shone through it all. When we decided on the one we wanted Liam pointed out all the features and could answer any questions we had. The day we picked our van up Liam gave us a thorough handover and made sure we were happy and felt comfortable with it. He even offered to come out with us for our first towing experience if we wanted! Nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a credit to the company. I've been caravaning for over 30 years and liam who was handling my trade in was first class and put me at ease with his knowledge of caravans and ensured I knew about the different heating system which was new to me, before signing the paperwork I got the trade in value we spoke about and I would have no hesitation in recommending Teesvalleycaravansltd if you want to buy a new or used caravan.It made the 400 mile round trip from Scotland all the more worthwhile as you are treated like caravan royalty when dealing with liam .Also the warranty is excellent as you can take it to any ncc approved workshop which was a concern to me first class and well worth the journey if thinking of travelling a long distance.

We chose our caravan before Christmas and Liam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He left us alone to view the caravan, which was perfect, but then was on hand to answer our questions once we’d made our choice.
Tees Valley carry a good range of first class stock which made our selection even harder and they were happy to hold onto our caravan until the new year when we were ready to collect.
During the handover Liam was brilliant again, with lots of hints and tips to help us on our way.

Amazing service from Liam & Charlotte couldn’t of asked for a better service Liam was amazing from the moment we arrived from showing us around and going through all the caravans we was interested in he was great with our children talking to them having them involved that meant a lot we are new to getting a caravan and what might of seemed like a obvious question/answer we would ask Liam he never made us feel like it was a stupid question which was great and once we decided on the caravan he passed us over to Charlotte who went though our finance and once this process was done we said we would be back in 6 weeks and throughout that whole time Charlotte kept in contact with us and if we had any questions or wanted to buy something extra she always got back to us very quickly and always just so friendly and lovely once we arrived to take our caravan home Liam was there ready to show us how everything worked and was happy to keep repeating him self so it could sink in for us to remember/learn which made it so much easier and more comfortable and again Liam was amazing with our little one chatting to him he did a amazing hand over to my husband and myself could not be anymore happier with the service amazing people from start to end and said they are only a phone call way if we need any more help thank you so much Liam and Charlotte for making our new adventure even more special:) Dean & Hannah

Outstanding servise, every detail taken care off. Nothing was to mich trouble. Never seem such a well prepared caravan. Very knowledgable and professional staff. When its time for us to change our caravan again, there is no question, we will be back.

Having seen the caravan that we were interested in on the internet we made an appointment to view it . Liam met us and answered any questions we had . He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful . A few things needed addressing and Liam told us everything would be done to our satisfaction. We collected the caravan a couple of weeks later and we were very happy with the results.
