Product ordered early December, no product received, no refund given, have sent them 15 emails, they have sent 7 emails including assurances of a refund and no refund has been received

Stay away. Scam. No reply from emails. No reply from instagram. No nothing. Scam

Bought teeth whitening strips over two weeks ago. They have not arrived and no replies to my insta dms or emails. Would avoid.

Paid for my product and never received it. I have sent numerous emails all of which have gone unacknowledged. Contacted them on instagram which was also ignored. There is no phone number I can find to follow up so a very disappointing service.

A scam. They took my money and didn’t send the product or refund my money. This site is fraudulent

Customer service wont email back if you have an issue. Sent me the wrong product and now im left with nothing!

AVOID!!! Such a scam, I ordered 4 weeks ago and still nothing. Have tried to follow up with emails and they have not responded.

Company boasts about 1-3 days delivery, it’s been over a week and I haven’t received tracking information. They ignored my email and are now ignoring my messages on instagram. Scam of a company do not buy from them!!!

I ordered teeth whitening strips off them. I didn't get an email conformation, nothing! I followed up by sending them an email.. a week later did the same.. after 3 weeks later, I get an envelope in the post with the strips bound in an elastic band, no box, no instructions , nothing with it.
I will defo not order it again! I prefer to buy from Amazon!

This is a very odd company. I ordered teeth whitening strips off them, didn't receive them and followed up after 2 weeks then a few days later, I get an envelope in the post with the strips bound in an elastic band, no box, no slip, nothing with it. I e-mailed them to ask if the strips were genuine, no answer. Now I'm using the strips they're not even sticking to my teeth. I'm going to have to write this off as a bad decision but would hate for anyone else to be duped - be warned!

crap company, crap customer service crap everything. they didn’t send me my order at all, refused to give tracking number and would barely even respond to my messages.

i had to practically beg them for a refund, which they eventually got back and said they sent it but I received nothing. Now they are ignoring my messages even though they’ve seen them.

don’t buy from these scammers.

First time using this company & ordered 10 strips (that i have used before). The strips made no difference to my teeth ( used all strips thinking i might see a difference after all were used (would normally see difference after one strip)).
Contacted customer service through email on website (no reply) I had to message a couple of times on Instagram to get a response.
They said it could be a 'faulty batch' & gave a discount to order again. I told them that was unsatisfactory if they thought that, received a passive aggressive message back about why i used them all & no response since. Would not recommend this company
