Germany based but send from China?!?!?

Just ordered a skin for my B&O A9. Communication for now is good but I just received the track and trace. Why are you suggesting you are based in München Germany? If I knew I was ordering from China I would note have ordered it. Now I have to pay import taxes and so on…
Quite disappointed already.

Poor manufacture finish

I place a 350$ order, including a set of santa legs for comming holidays for my niece, also 2 covers beoplay a9, you could see the stichings white all over, be a color red underneath it shows terrible, their advise was to put them on and looking far away you will barely see it, so i requested these items to be returned, only to find out that they want me to paid for the return shipping, even after sending them pictures of the poorly manufacture on the items, i may loose these items, but im sure custumers are going to read what happen to me and reconsider before making a mistake

I love the packaging and the covers

I love the packaging and the covers. The boxes in which the skins ship have a premium feel to them. They are cheaper than what Skiniplay sells and fit perfectly on my Beoplay A9. The customer service and tracking provided were on point. I was skeptical about buying from Tegrino as there were few reviews. I hope this review helps you pull the trigger on skins from Tegrino for your B&O products.
