I ordered a boiler and paid on 12/07/2024
2 days later they confirmed my order
On 16/07/2024 I get a mail that they cancelled my order without explanation.
I try to call, sms, email, WhatsApp.... no answer.
so far, I'm still waiting to get my money back.
Avoid if you don't want to lose time. Ordered item that is shown in stock, but it is not. Order never shipped, after +/- 20 days was able to get money back through charge back process. Support is reluctant. Just loss of time. I am so annoyed that I took time to warn everybody else. It is a pity I read the reviews after I made an order.
It's a scam! They're in Brussels, not in France as shown on the map! Their registered address (according to their website) is: Rue Georges Moreau 38 1070 Bruxelles. However, if you look it up in google maps, they do not exist on this address! Their website is really impressive and offers you everything you might need in the area of heating. However, they do not have any stock! I tryed to obtain an offer for some radiators, which were available, according to their site and got no reaction what so ever! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
