I bought the case for the iPad and it appeared to be pretty poor quality - it can't hold the laptop as it should do while standing. the laptop falls all the time when I try to stand it to watch movies. It seems to be because the cover is too thin. So just wasted my money. Pretty disappointed, won't buy anything else in this shop

Bad first time experience buying with teknikdele
I ordered a screen protector for xiaomi pad 5. The protector had a small defect at one edge which was not visible. The protector doesn't stick fully on that particular faulty edge. Teknikdele customer service is blaming me of mishandling the protector. What a joke!

Ordered a EV cable from this shop and it was delivered ina timely fashion but the cable doesnt work I have tried to contact the customer service dept multiple times but no answer. Cant contact the company by phone as well. The phone number just gives you a message then cuts off.

Good shop, not so good follow up on orders
The product we ordered arrived and it was exactly what we expected. 5 stars to that.
However the invoice for the purchase never came. I wrote to the customer service and after a week still no reply. So I wrote to the chat explaining the issue and then they could help. 1 star overall to the customer service.
(5 + 1)/2 = 3 stars
