Jätteenkelt. I bought the wrong product but the return was easy and Tekninhouse updated their system immediately so that I did not get billed. I also spoke to customer services beforehand and feel very satisfied with the exchange. I will only suggest that the return form and information should be made easier to find as I needed to google and find out that I needed the form (customer service did also explain this so I guess that cancels the difficulty of finding this info out).
Thank you and I hope for a reason to shop from you in the future again!
