This company under number 06265937 was dissolved on the 18th of July 2017. This company was under the name of Tronco Limited and changed its name to tek.tuner on the 8th of December 2016. I wonder what name if any it goes under now. They still have access to a site where payments are being processed still!!!! BE AWARE DO NOT TOUCH ANY ITEMS FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered shoes - never received - company now gone into silent mode!

Odered shoes, paid in advance obviously, received (Surprised as had to ask for them twice) but way too tight. Sent back for refund, tracked, recived and signed for by Bianka. Still no refund. Phone number they give is dead, email has als been changed so cannot resend request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company. Paid £53.70 for shoes which never turned up. Customer services sounded helpful in the first instance, apologising for the delay and promising the shoes would arrive. Sure enough as time went on (six weeks from date of order now) the excuses started to wear thin, so we asked for a refund. No reply. Asked again. Asked again. On the fourth ask, with no reply, our email is undelivered, which I assume means we've been blocked. You have been warned.

Ordered at the end of November. Then had similar experience to other reviewers on this site. Goods did not arrive, then entered into multiple emails with 'Sophie' who gave lots of excuses. I then found this site and contacted my credit card company. Have got a refund which Tektuner can dispute but I am hoping as they are selling fake goods this is the end of my dealings with this awful company.

Well I might as well of got scammed my my Nigerian uncle who has just died and owns a gold mine .

I want to review as 0 stars but it won’t allow me so hence 1 star.
I ordered black trainers they arrived in red, I returned immediately within few days in July 2022 paid £8.50 next day delivery to the address supplied (which I now know is a post office) they were signed for but the company is saying they didn’t receive them. This is still ongoing with them they wouldn’t give me a refund then on oct 12th said they would give me a refund and I still haven’t received it. I have been done!!! Do not buy from them.

I'm savvy on my shopping, but this time I've been done! No order received, keep getting emails saying the order is going to be shipped. I've contacted my credit card company to escalate this for a refund. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

They are selling fake goods. Totally fake Salomon shoes which I bought are clearly cheap poor quality fakes. They claim they are Ovine... but the pictures of the shoes and the shoes themselves are clearly Salomon copies - with Salomon Speedcross 3 on them.
They also advertise on google under salomon to trick people. Will be reporting to trading standards for passing off and trademark infringement.

AVOID clearly selling fake trainers from china, still trying to get my money back after buying months ago.

They don't answer the emails. The shoes I ordered are not arriving and nobody is replying to emails explaining what's happening

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The Solomon trainers I received are clearly fake and from China. If you query the sale you will receive emails back from someone called Sophie and you will be promised a refund if you send the trainers back. I sent them back last week via recorded delivery, they were signed for. They weren’t worth keeping as they were so fake! Since then they have failed to acknowledge delivery and no further replies to any emails. They have your money and you will not get it back. Please do not use them, they are a scam company and will gladly rip you off. Lesson learnt, read the reviews before parting with your money. I can only hope trading standards now catch up with them.

I purchased a pair of trainers, since I have paid I have had nothing back in a week. No order confirmation, they won't reply to my emails to refund my money. Scam.

Completely time and money wasting with Tektuner. Now I see I am not the only one who trusted them. Soeedcross 3 came without Goretex and with bad sole (manufactured error) so I can't wear them. Shoes came from China, no box, no bill.
Customer service play with me. First asked for pictures and explains to pass it to right department. After 2 weeks I've sent another email and got back exactly same answer as the first time...When I've been more strict she sent me to their return policy on the website. Always same person Sophie.
Don't get fooled people.

After waiting weeks for delivery (because they are from China not UK as advertised) received completely the wrong shoe, wrong colour, not Goretex, fake copy of Soloman speedcross.
Returned by recorded delivery, shoes have gone "missing" and they refuse a refund.
So they have my shoes and my money !!!!!
100% fraud !!!!

Absolutely terrible service and goods. The speed cross took over 3-weeks to arrive, when they did arrive they were completely the wrong shoe. Sent back for a refund and they have now gone missing conveniently despite being tracked and signed for. Total rip off merchants stay well clear.
I’ve given them plenty of opportunity to put it right, seems they don’t want to.

Be aware that the Salomon Speedcross 3 running shoes that they advertise are not Salomon. They are Ovine running shoes which are a cheap copy of the Salomon shoe. When I challenged them and asked about the authenticity of the shoes their response was as follows
"The shoes you ordered are speedcross OVINE. This was well mentioned on the product page. We try to provide all the necessary information so that our customers can make the right choice"
Although their advertisement does say Ovine Speedcross the images that Tektuner are using are the Salomon marketing material's and descriptions including the Salomon images. The shoes take around 3 weeks to a month to arrive and when they finally turn up they are not even in a box they are simply wrapped in a polythene bag and China is a long way away from the UK. Coincidentally when the shoes do arrive they are not actually marked Ovine at all but are badged Salomon and so the Tektuner statement is clearly fraudulent. In addition they are advertising Gore Tex but the shoes are not Gore Tex or at least have nothing on them to suggest that they are.
Their communication is very poor and they refuse to refund either the purchase money or the return postage cost.
Really I would advise that you pay a little extra and buy the genuine product from a reputable company.
