Superb customer service!
I ordered a very expensive VR immersion accessory, but was (in the back of my mind) concerned to make such a significant purchase from this company, as opposed to buying directly from the manufacturer. Let me say this, the service is next to none and the customer service department are truly spot on. Tekzone seem to have their house truly in order. I will be making more purchases from this excellent company. Highly recommended alternative source for all your essential to sophisticated Tech needs. 9.9/10

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Bone conduction earphones as described and part charged so easy to connect via Bluetooth to my phone. Have had AfterShokz before but sadly they died 3months after 2yr warranty expired!

Vest tactsuit x40 is brill,took a while to work out how to run on console,buyers beware make sure you order audio cables to run vest on consoles or you’ll be wasting ur money,other than that it’s great

Great Customer Service!
I recently brought the Marshall major IV on their website in march for 113.00 with a 5% deal off. I was fairly happy with the delivery time, packaging etc.
However, I looked back at their website and the product page and saw that they put on a sale for the same product at 99.99 with the same 5% discount. Meaning I could’ve brought it for 94.99 and save myself a good £19.
Rather than having to request to return my product and have to pay the tedious delivery fee and buy it again I went through the route of contacting support and seeing if they could solve my problem without a hassle.
Jacob was a brilliant customer service representative and refunded me the price difference meaning I didn’t have to miss out on the discount! Great news! Promised a Trustpilot review in return and I delivered.
Top notch company keeping doing what you’re doing.

Was a little wary as it wasn’t your standard company I.e. curry’s, PC World etc. and was online however no need at all, the service was seamless, I was notified at every point of delivery. Monitor arrived and my son is buzzing with it … great service, great product, value for money
