The fiber in my street has failed again. I have lived here for 1 year and this is the third major fault. It's been 3 weeks so far with no resolution now. It's a whole complicated mess where they don't even have the permits to dig up the street yet and no resolution date can be provided. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I have contacted Tele2 several times (including speaking to people in store) about a temporary 5G dongle solution or similar while this is resolved which they have been uninterested in providing because I do not have a mobile contract in my name with them (it's with Tele2 but paid by my company). This is a horrible joke of a company with non-existent customer service.

Our Wi-Fi stopped working, so we contacted support. We waited MONTHS, then got sent a replacement router… which didn’t work. We called again, got ANOTHER router, and somehow that one didn’t work either.
We asked for documentation/evidence of what had happened in our case. They told us everything was “in the system,” but when we asked them to simply send or copy what was there, they refused.
One employee also told us something that later turned out not to be true. When we immediately referred back to what had just been said and asked them to fix the router based on that information, the employee shut down the call and basically refused to continue helping.
Now we’re STILL waiting for the return request for the broken router that we were told would be sent over a week ago. Nothing has arrived.
Meanwhile we’re stuck with internet getting around 0.04 Mbps upload speed, and on top of that we are STILL being charged while the service barely works. Instead of pausing payments until the issue is resolved, they say they’ll “refund the money later” — even though they refuse to provide written proof or documentation of our case.
Months of waiting, broken equipment, poor communication, endless excuses, and support that feels impossible to get clear answers from. Extremely frustrating experience.

The absolute worst experience from carrier. I have had cheaper options like comviq and Lyca and had better experience. For some reason comviq didn’t let me order iPhone 17 pro max online and signed up in store with tele 2 with the unlimited plan option. I have family in the states so I ask if US calls are included to what I got a yes response. And why would they they are included with almost Avery carrier in Sweden and paying less, ( plan is 700kr a month). First month in I Get a charge for 2530 for international call fees and it’s impossible to get a ahold of customer service. Bad quality and expensive avoid at all costs.
Too Difficult to Cancel Internet Service
Unable to cancel or change an internet subscription without talking to a human in Customer Service with limited hours. Every attempt made, despite stating to the contrary on their website, misleads and attempts to funnel you to a customer service representative. Also, despite already being a customer, I am constantly hassled by their sales phone calls trying to sell additional services (at least one per week despite telling them to stop calling me).
Delivery of iPhone 17 Pro Max
Don’t order iPhone 17 pro max from here. It’s now 6th week of waiting. I’ve contacted support couple of times, no helpful response. Other providers have phones with more reasonable delivery time.
What’s worse: overpaying for no internet, or not having internet at all?
Tele2 Lithuania is overpriced and disappointing overall. The internet service is unstable, speeds are inconsistent, and it often does not match what is advertised.
On top of that, the provided devices are low quality and feel outdated, which makes the overall experience even worse.
For the price, the service simply does not deliver good value. Not recommended if you expect reliable internet and decent equipment.

My experience with Tele2 has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
Their service is disorganized, unprofessional, and their customer support is shockingly rude. I returned a router and, thankfully, kept the tracking number. Later, when I had internet issues, I contacted them and was first told it was a signal problem that would be fixed. Nothing happened.
When I called again, they suddenly claimed the issue was the router and demanded that I return the “old” one—something I had already done. Instead of checking properly, the agent rudely insisted I was wrong and refused to help or send a replacement.
Only after I read out the tracking (kolli ID) did they finally check—and then admitted that yes, the router had been returned, but “was not visible in their system.” That is not my problem. It clearly shows a complete lack of control, routines, and internal communication.
Being treated this way as a customer is unacceptable. The incompetence combined with the rude attitude makes this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company.
Attractive offers, misleading details
I recently signed up for broadband with this company, and while there are some positives, my overall experience has been mixed.
On the plus side, the setup was smooth and the service itself works as expected. The website is also fairly clear at a surface level, and the offers are definitely attractive at first glance.
That said, a lot of the important details are easy to miss unless you really go digging. For example, promotions like “get AirPods (now a PS5)” sound like a bonus for signing up, but in reality they require a 24-month binding, and the higher monthly cost effectively covers the product. So it’s not really a free add-on, more like paying it off through your subscription.
The same goes for “Streaming Flex.” It sounds like a nice extra, but it turns out you only get the lowest tier with ads, which wasn’t clear to me initially.
Customer service was inconsistent. When there were no issues, it was fine, but once I contacted them about the rejection, the experience changed. I received conflicting information, was sent links that didn’t work, and didn’t get much help resolving the situation. In the end, I was rejected due to requirements that weren’t clearly explained during signup.
Overall, the service itself is fine, but the way offers are presented feels misleading, especially when combined with unhelpful support in more complicated cases. I’d recommend reading all the details carefully before committing.

If we call, they are short-tempered and equally incompetent. There is no support. They also charged us for additional services without our consent; removing the charges took 4 hours. This company does not care about you.

Provides a router and a WiFi COX service that doesn't work 10 meters away from the router, same thing on 4 different devices. Can't even send an email, works roughly 20% of the time.
Says the 250mbps speed is applicable only to ethernet connection after I report my troubles. Yeah, I know - but to them, this means that 0.00 mbps is acceptable over WiFi :)
Contact over phone is helpful, tells me to place a complaint and my agreement will be ended sooner than the binding time of 12 months. A couple emails later, they do not agree to do this and claim everything is fine. So I turn off the router, stop using the WiFi and stop paying any further invoices. And so they send my invoices to a debt collector. F### you Tele2.
If you can - get a broadband with someone else. Unfortunately Tele2 was the only option for my old building and I regret ever doing business with them. Unfortunately the Swedish law does not protect the customer enough.

After being hassled by sales to change my tv plan and add my phone, they messed up and the receiver box could not be installed. They changed the plan without confirmation from me and then bill me for 3 months without recourse.
Invoices can only be disputed with AI assistant and NO telephone calls accepted. Basically they are stealing my money and sticking two fingers up to me as I can’t disagree.
Nothing short of a big con and scam company.

Can't deliver the service but will not accept to cancel the contract, since it's over 14 days since the order. Cancellation only possible after the 12 month contract, even though the service is not yet in use.
