Can't deliver the service but will not…
Can't deliver the service but will not accept to cancel the contract, since it's over 14 days since the order. Cancellation only possible after the 12 month contract, even though the service is not yet in use.
Do NOT use Tele 2 They are totally Useless
Do NOT use Tele 2 They are totally useless at Customer service. I have been a customer for 7-8 years and i decided to change my TV package. The TV package was changed same day. When i realised it was not what i expected I cancelled immediately. It took 2 weeks for the TV to be changed back and when it was changed back some of the functions didn't work. It took another 2 days to be back as it was. Effectively cancelling my order. Now i have to pay 3 months in advance for the TV as they say i ordered a new package, even though i am (Finally) back to the same package i had before. i have written emails without response, the Chat Bot is useless and when i spoke to a customer service rep they couldn't do anything to help. Very Slow, Very poor and no help. Stay away from Tele2 run for the hills if they call you. 1/10
No delivery, waiting, rude response
I cant fully review this as they havent delivered the product yet. But I can say, that me contacting them for delivery and them blameshifting is frustrating. Just send the effin' router, how hard can it be, I am paying you for this.
Merciless company without a single drop…
Merciless company without a single drop of decency. I would never recommend them to anyone. I am a student now and cannot do anything about their misbehaviour. When I have the ability, I will sue them to the ground by god!
Scammer that you can't complain about
Avoid Tele2 instead go with smaller players like Ownit or any local ISP. do not fall for campaign prices of tele2. even if tele2 gives you free internet do not fall for it.
Tele2 is a perfect example of Swedish way of scamming. invoice people for no reason. They scam people so perfectly no one can beat them. They will make you pay for no reason and you can't even complain about it.
and if you dispute they will show you that small text that no one reads.
so be aware of this swedish scam
Their salesperson was very intrusive
Their salesperson was very intrusive. In the end they sold me something I didn’t want, phone subscription for 24 months instead of 12 and additional broadband service I didn’t want. Now I need to see how I can get rid of it. Never trust their sales person over phone.
Absolute shameful salesperson…
Absolute shameful salesperson practices. Piles up lies upon lies and tries every trick in the book to get people to sign no matter what.
punch of scammres trying everything to…
punch of scammres trying everything to get extra money
run away from them
Changed the price after having me sign…
Changed the price after having me sign a contract where I am bound for a year, then removing the discount I got (The whole reason I signed up,) Had to remind them that I am no longer legally bound by the contract as the changed the fundamental terms of the contract, they allowed me to cancel the contract after a lot of back and forth, but they are still going to charge me full price for the month after the change because they are greedy assholes, even asked me to send back my previous router that I got before the one I got 2 years ago.
Deceivers
Customer service stuff just lying every time. Be careful and record all chats with tele2 stuff. Promise u will not regret
I terminated my broadband and sent back…
I terminated my broadband and sent back the modem to them. Half a year later they where still debiting me for it so another call and I got a written confirmation with end date 1/2 year later. Now it has been another year and they charged me for the modem that was sent back 1 1/2 year ago.. 745 kronor for a 3 year old modem that I cannot prove was sent to them. Disgrace I hope 2026 will bring Tele2 Red numbers cause you sure deserve that. Never again will I be customer at Tele2.
What the hell happened to this company?
They tried to push a “completely free” mobile device while failing to disclose the mandatory 24-month contract. How is this allowed?
Awful.
They literally lied about their prices. They advertised an iPhone 17 Pro Max for 900$ if you signed up for a 2 year plan but it was a "Mistake" that they didn't take responsibility for.
The Worst Company I’ve Had to Deal With…
The Worst Company I’ve Had to Deal With So Far
Let’s get straight to the point and explain why.
Customer Service Experience
First of all, reaching their customer service is a nightmare. The waiting time is about 35 to 45 minutes. You might think, “Okay, maybe they don’t have enough staff.” Then you try their online chatbot, hoping for a quick fix-but guess what?
You guessed it: most of the time, the bot doesn’t understand your issue or just gives you basic information you already know.
The Real Problem: Tele2 Scam
Here’s where things get really frustrating. I’m forced to use their services because they’ve monopolized the area where I live - there’s no alternative provider. I thought, “Fine, no worries.” But after one year of my contract, the monthly fee suddenly jumped from 239 kr to 570 kr without any notification. Everything was automatically paid from my bank account, so I only noticed by accident. I was shocked and angry- how could they do that?
I called customer service. The person was very nice btw and assured me the issue would be fixed: I wouldn’t have to pay the extra amount, and they’d set up a new contract. I left the call feeling relieved and happy.
What Actually Happened
Like an idiot, I didn’t double-check.
Four months later, I discovered:
They continued charging me 577 kr.
They added useless services I never asked for - Tele2 Trygg Surf and Tele2 Cloud - about 100 kr extra.
Now I’m stuck trying to reach them again to cancel these services and recover at least some of the money I’ve paid.
Bottom Line
I don’t understand why companies turn to unethical practices like this - stealing and scamming loyal customers. I hope some authority steps in to hold them accountable. Otherwise, we’re all doomed to be taken advantage of.
An update: After waiting on the phone for almost 1h15min, I was finally able to get some money back for the old invoice but I wasn't able what so ever to get the 115kr for 3 months for those useless services, I asked the person Why are you guys scamming people like that, they replied that we actually send an email telling the customer about those useless services, I told them it always go to the junk email for everyone and you guys should know that and Instead let the customer choose to begin with if they want to install those services. Their answer was No we don't work like that.
Then I asked them, I am the only person that is calling complaining about this thing, they said no we got a lot of calls from a lot of people.
Just imagine the number of people like me that they automatically trusting and paying their bills without even checking what they are paying for.
This is called Scamming of the modern days. sneaky yet effective.
I made the terrible mistake of signing…
I made the terrible mistake of signing up with them. Worst service ever. The antena in my neighborhood was broken, no notifications and I was in the dark why the internet was so bad I couldn't use any VOIP service for 3 months. Use anything else.
No technical support on Sundays
No technical support on Sundays, if your router fails, you are in trouble until Monday...
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Get rid of your god damned awful…
Get rid of your god damned awful chatbot.
I got a call to offer a mobile…
I got a call to offer a mobile subscription, i explained to him that with comviq i pay less (50kr less), he still tried, then i told him for instance i have internet subscription (fiber) with tele2, that i need to get rid of because it is super expensive.
He then offered to give me a phone subscription of 150kr by month and something like 350kr for home internet 4G instead of fiber.
I accepted because i am almost not using the home internet.
But there is a trick here, in the sent contract there was a discount that says family package(never mentionned in the initial call), so in fact the two subscriptions are combined and with a family discount ferm for two years.
It is not my mobil number that is discounted it is the internet membership.. in fact i did not get any discount, the phone subscription is 50kr more expensive than comviq, and the internet is same price in all companies if you take it individually (with their 200 family discount).
When i called and asked them they said you had 15 days to cancel now too late.
Tele2 has always brilliant tricks, instead of cancelling the super expensive fiber, he sold me mobile subscription and home 4G, but that works for short term, if after two years they sell me all tele2 for free i will not subscribe again.
Get What You are Promised in Writing or As Order Confirmation
The customer service agents were nice and promised that Tele2 will uphold the special offer pricing after the offer expired because I couldn't place an order due to a delay caused on their end. This was promised by two different customer service agents at two separate occasions who had a helpful attitude.
This was until I spoke with Julie at the "regret" department who spoke down of her two colleagues, explicitly stating her manager will reprimand them for making promises that the company will not uphold.
Instead of the focus of the call being helping the customer, it was suddenly internal politics. They lost me as a faithful customer after more than 5 years.
