Avoid telecom1/planetphone at all costs!
I was a customer of telecom1 (also known as planetphone dot net) for over a year and can unequivocally say this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any service provider. Their reliability is nonexistent, coupled with utterly unresponsive customer support – a truly disastrous combination. My customer ID is 173201.
Here’s a breakdown of just how bad it was:
1. Consistent service failure: On numerous occasions, both incoming and outgoing calls simply failed to connect. This wasn't an occasional hiccup, it was a recurring problem rendering the service useless.
2. Non-existent customer support: Recent attempts to reach customer service were met with complete silence. I sent emails on January 26th, 2026 at both 11:46:57 +0200 and 18:28:06 +0200 – and received absolutely no response.
3. Unexplained call blocking & potential loss of lunds: Despite having a valid number, sufficient balance (4.51 EUR / 8.83 BGN), and recent call activity, I am unable to make outgoing calls. I receive an automated message stating my number's future expiry date, falsely implying it’s the reason for the blockage.
Given their consistent failures to address previous issues (points 1 & 2), I saw no point in subjecting myself to another futile attempt to contact support regarding this latest problem. It's a pattern of ignoring customers and providing zero resolution.
Not only am I stuck with a service that doesn’t work, but I fully expect to lose my remaining balance. I sincerely hope this review will serve as a warning to others: stay far away from telecom1/planetphone dot net. You'll save yourself frustration and money.
