Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I made an order on the site. 5 minutes later i cancelled it. No response and the order went through, money gone...

To answer your respons: i never got an e-mail from you that it was to late to cancel the order (5 minutes after ordering?) and never got an e-mail to refuse the package.

And now you tell me to send it back to you at my expenses?

Indeed, you made a request to cancel your order on 11/03 at 6:57 am, be aware that our customer service opens at 9 am and that any request must be validated by our service, this request which we replied to you the same day at the end of the day,

Unfortunately it was too late to cancel your order, we then offer you to refuse the order upon receipt so that it can be returned to us and you can be refunded entirely,
