Totally Wrong Flowers Delivered, Treating their Customers Very Poorly!
We ordered a special wooden basket full of many small red roses for our loving mother for Mother's Day in France.
But they delivered very old, partially broken, completely wide open huge few roses in a very cheap looking plastic container to our old mother on Mother's Day! What an insult to an old lady on Mother's Day to receive such dried old broken flowers!
Not only Euroflorist France dishonoured our order completely and delivered totally different flowers without consulting with us, but also when we complained about the wrong delivery, they said they did the best they could and they offered a tiny discount on our next order with their company. This was very inappropriate response, and we requested a proper apology and a full refund. But to this day they did not respond to our email, refusing the refund.
What a shame! How unprofessional! and What an insult to an old lady!
We understand that mistakes can happen, but what frustrated us the most is that Euroflorist France is refusing to take proper steps to fix their mistakes and treating their customers very poorly..
I hope no one has to put their loving mother in such horrible experience with this company and I wish people will avoid this company all together.

Flowers might be beautiful but the customer service is poor. You don't get notified if the flowers have been delivered or not. So, I contacted the customer service and they looked annoyed by my request. Not helpful and not regeant. I don't recommend them.
