Worst phone company iv ever had. Customer experience/value is s#it, they're one and only goal is to bleed you dry of money whilst providing virtually nothing in return.

they have stolen 185.99 EUR from me.
It is as incredible as it may sound, especially from a big company like Telefonica.
On 12/11/2024 I tried to buy an iPhone Pro max 16 in installments on their website and everything went smoothly until they asked for more money to put upfront, exactly 185,99 EUR. After 10 minutes I paid I received another email from Telefonica stating they were not going to be able to process my order and that if I wanted to know more about it I should send a letter to Nuremberg. I called their customer service and told me they were Arvato, not Telefonica so he couldn't see everything on his system and I should go to a physical store and ask for a PKK. As soon as I went to one they didn't help me at all, not even check the computer. NOTHING AT ALL! They told me to go to the Zentrale in Kudamm but they were pretty sure nobody could help me. Now, I'm in the middle of this huge problem with this company which I will take to the last legal consequences with them but please DO NOT TRUST TELEFONICA GERMANY GMBH

Scammer Company without any support.

Scam works like this:
Buy product for 15€, get 10€ and those are gone in minutes of calling. That is the worst costumer experience i had since years

Trying to contact them to report the fraud from their o2 customer service. You can't reach the company. Avoid both at all costs,mismanaged, fraudulent and unfit for purpose.

I used to love o2 ten years ago but my recent experience with them after moving back to Germany was horrendous. I moved in with my boyfriend and of course we didn’t need two internet providers, Telefonica was not able to help me and charged me for an entire year of service just because I could have kept the contract in the new apartment (even though my boyfriend’s contract was older and also available at our new place). I know other providers tend to waive the fee kindly.

On top of that they wrongfully charged me an additional fee after I paid for that year left on my contract, sent me a legal letter for that incorrect fee (Mahnschreiben)… So now that leaves me with having to fix their stupid mistake. It’s just such bad service. Avoid them at any cost if you can!

Unprofessional employees in the branches, really bad coverage ( I mean in a city like Hamburg, 3rd floor, no signal to 1 line signal, is bad!), pricey and with an app that doesn´t really work ( if you want to change invoice adress in the app, forget it...). I am already 6 years a client to them. Don´t recomend them!
