I uploaded e sim but ı cloud not…
I uploaded e sim but ı cloud not connect, i asked help through messenger, but the reply came back a day later. I had to buy e sim from another platform, but at least they paid my refund later in the following 2 weeks.

Very, very impressed.
Having never heard of Telekonek before I was hugely sceptical about spending my money on an esim from them. I needed a sim for a trip to Uganda.
I did everything I was told to do. The sim did not connect - waste of money I thought. Wrong! That’s where Alex from there help line stepped in.
He persevered with me until he got the esim working perfectly. I was very impressed and very grateful.
I would not hesitate to use an esim from Telekonek in the future.
Nice work guys and a special shout out to Alex.

It was easy to buy
It was easy to buy, and quite easy to install.
I would suggest to show somewhere, before the purchase, when the e sim is really Activated.
Anyway, it worked very well!

I used Telekonek on my trip to Margarita Island, Venezuela. It was extremely reliable and fast. The connection never wavered and the price was affordable for my 5 day trip! It was very easy to install and activate. I can’t lie, I was skeptical going in because I’ve never heard of this company but I’m glad I found it. Other esim companies didn’t have any options for venezuela and I’m happy Telekonek did. 10/10.

You sent me the activation code, but when I tried to activate it, I got a message that the code is incorrect. Also, when I scan the barcode, the phone does not activate the card.
