I cancelled my subscription thru email…
I cancelled my subscription thru email because that was the only way to do it! They even claimed that my account will be closed thru an email!! But still after 14 days they send me a new bill and i accidentally paid for it. I wanted to close the account because they charge 9.90€ for new customers and old customers pay 16.90€ for the same product. I hate humans/companies who charge old customers for overpriced product and do not even tell about the price changes!
