Telescoop.nl is ontstaan uit een diepe fascinatie die al generaties in onze familie leeft: de ongelooflijke grootsheid van het heelal. Als kind al raakten we niet uitgekeken op de gedachte dat er alleen al in ons sterrenstelsel miljarden sterren zijn en dat elke ster gemiddeld minstens één planeet heeft. Wanneer je je realiseert dat er daarnaast nog miljarden andere sterrenstelsels bestaan, kun je niet anders dan met ontzag naar de nachtelijke hemel kijken. Sterrenkijken werd voor ons een natuurlijke uitlaatklep voor die verwondering. De eerste keer dat we door een telescoop naar de ringen van Saturnus keken, was een onvergetelijk moment. Niet alleen omdat het prachtig was, maar omdat het de oneindige mogelijkheden van het universum tastbaar maakte. Toch merkten we dat veel mensen met dezelfde nieuwsgierigheid worstelden om écht te beginnen. Vroeger was astronomie vaak ingewikkeld: grote, zware telescopen, complexe handleidingen en technische barrières maakten het sterrenkijken tijdrovend en soms frustrerend. Veel beginners haakten af nog vóórdat ze de echte magie konden ervaren. Dat moest anders. Daarom hebben wij Telescoop.nl opgericht: een plek waar jong en oud, zonder technische drempels, de wonderen van het universum kunnen ontdekken. Dankzij innovatieve slimme telescopen, toegankelijk advies en onze passie voor astronomie is sterrenkijken nu makkelijker én leuker dan ooit. Never sent the telescope and never informed me about a delay
They advertised 2 weeks until delivery, but more than a month passed and they still couldn't provide a delivery date. I cancelled my order expecting them to refund the shipping cost of the Barlow lens I'm now stuck with, but they refused. Expecting the customer to absorb the cost of a delay caused by their logistics failures is unreasonable.
Poor communication, and no accountability when things go wrong. I won't be ordering again.

The product was on stock as advertised. The delivery was really quick after confirmation from the seller, considering that I have placed the order in one of the busiest week of the year.
Good feedback from the seller regarding the order and the specified delivery date was as promised.
So far the services were good.
I will look forward to purchase more products in the near future.
