Always great
Been using them for 4 years now. I am happy with the email reminders I get to pay for my subscription and the speed is always great
Worst mobile operator service I ever…
Worst mobile operator service I ever had.
Mobile app and website for Ezys only available in Lithuanian which is non-sense, card is created mostly for foreigners. App and website are full of bugs and working very poorly. I tried to buy a plan, got a message that "Order accepted" and then it was not applied and all my money was charged within few days. Customer service was not friendly and not helpful.
It was clear that I wanted to buy plan and it is fault of Ezys/Telia that purchase was not handled on thier IT application side.
No refund was proposed and I didn't see any intention from this provider to help.
Highly not recommended.
Telia Lietuva is bad
After experiencing communication services in over 50 countries, this is the poorest Customer support.
Telia Lietuva has literally no customer support at all. There is never ever a direct answer to your questions, the hotline has waiting times up to 6 hours, which I indeed tried out and the customer support just hung up if they find your case too difficult to solve.
Worst internet provider
If you live where there is optical fiber - then you are lucky, because Telia decided that this technology is outdated and will not provide it to new houses or areas. So instead of 1Gbps internet speed with low latency, awesome stability which does not depend on weather we get crappy 4g internet which is completely opposite thing. Please avoid this greedy ass company at any cost! I really miss Teo.

I am um using (or trying to use) mobile 4G internet which only works if I am the only customer in the area where I want to use it.
We signed a 2 year contract with this organization and I warn everybody NOT to sign any agreement with Telia in Lithuania, you are playing Russian roulette...
Unprofessional
Unprofessional, slow, the customer service is nonexistent! Had a very painful experience and had to switch to another company.
