Horrible service

I ordered a SIM card for travelling. After receiving it, I realized that this SIM card is just a VoIP. Thus, it can't receive short text codes from websites like Airbnb. I asked Tellink to cancel my plan and issue a refund. They quickly cancelled my plan and... never actually issued a refund!

A person called Guy mentioned that everything was cancelled and then just stopped replying to my emails. It looks like it is their "business" strategy, not providing a service and not returning money back (see other negative reviews on Trustpilot)

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

I have tried many global sim cards but rarely they have delivered without a bit of trouble as advertized. So, I was a little bit skeptical of ordering another one. When I
ordered my tellink sim it took a whole month to be received - not 10 working days as they promise. Observing the mailing stamp I saw that the problem had to do with the post offices in Europe - not Tellink's.
For the rest the sim card is a plesant surprise sure the best I had ever tried. No glitches, very fast 4g data, and reception of many-many mobile opetators in every country. First time I am totally satisfied!

Poor

I purchased a Tellink SIM card after reading online reviews. The card never turned up. Tellink said it had got lost and offered to reimburse me. They said they couldn’t refund to to the credit card I’d used to buy the card but by another means not acceptable to me. I never heard from them again despite following up.

Terrible customer service is an…

Terrible customer service is an understatement, I am still waiting for a response after almost two weeks. I have sent emails following up as well so I know they are aware I am trying to contact them regarding overcharging my account. They pretend to try and help but only care about saving and making money. I paid 25 euros for the SIM card and an extra 25 euros for additional credit. I was unable to activate the 8 euros for EU500 MB plan by following the instructions on their site so I had to email their team to activate the plan I wanted. At first the staff were helpful and informed me that when I nearly ran out of data I would receive a text message to notify me. I never received any text messages from Tellinkroaming notifying me of my data usage, I only came to realise I had gone over when I received a text message advising me to top up as my balance was less than 5 euros (down from 32 euros after paying for the 500MB plan!). I contacted the Tellinkroaming team and at first they were quite quick to respond and relatively helpful, they said they would "reimburse" the roaming costs and give me 2GB plan free of charge for one month. The offer of the 2GB plan was nice however the reimbursement was way less than it should have been, they told me my balance would now be 14 euros and 30 cents.... The balance should have been my original 40 euros minus the 8 euros from my plan so 32 euros should have been the remaining balance! (According to their website 15 euros of free credit is given when you purchase the SIM card plus the extra 25 euros I paid). I emailed them over two days ago about correcting the balance and have had no reply. I also recently received a poorly worded English text saying "you use the volumes included in your subscription", I do not know if this was meant to say I have USED all of the data included in my plan already (the 2GB I was supposedly given free of charge could not have already been used up in less than 1 week considering I only use whatsapp and facebook messenger - I do not watch videos on data and I do not download lots of photos or files etc). I also emailed their company months ago asking about whether the data plans covered Switzerland and I was told "yes", well I've just arrived in Switzerland and found out it costs 14 euros per 1MB in Switzerland! Terrible company, I wouldn't have written this reference if they had fixed the problem but all they seem to care about is making and saving money, not customer satisfaction. To make it very clear I have not used my phone at all for texting or calling as all my family and friends are overseas and I only use internet for whatsapp and facebook messenger to contact them!

Stepping out of the EU 28

A few months ago, I traveled via Zurich airport. When I opened my Belgian phone, to check my messages and emails, and make a few calls, I thought that Switzerland was also included in the new cheaper roaming regulations. Instead I ran up a bill of Euro 63! The European mobile carriers have jacked up the non-EU raoming rates. BEWARE
The next time, I took with a Tellink Roaming SIM, For similar activities, I only spent 13 Euros, what a difference!

very good service, quick shipping

I travelled lately to Nice (France) and Sirmione (Italy) where i used the sim card for calling and surfing. I managed to keep my phone budget under control thanks to the tellink roaming card. Will definitely use it again

Telling Roaming is the best

I ordered the Tellink Roaming sim card for my recent trip to Europe, and I must admit, I was wondering if this would work at all. Well, worked it did, and extremely well, I was calling locally in Greece, Switzerland, Germany, France, and England, and internationally to Canada. It worked REALLY well, I was impressed, totally impressed. Thanks for a great experience.
