One of the best VoIP services out there. Super easy to communicate with and figure out a solution for your needs. Highly recommend the TelTel team.

The call center called annonym and told me about a payment that is being held for concerns.
It’s not a human and as I never have paid or are not about to pay the told amount i am sure it’s a scam. Whether it’s used by others and they aren’t part of this company or the company just takes payments from suspicious sources is up for debate.

It ensures you can trust a call from here.

I cannot commend this company enough. They have been incredibly easy to deal with throughout the entire process of obtaining our phone number, helping us with phone diversions, selecting our phone system and recommending other products. I can highly recommend them.

do not sign up to this company they are an absoloute disgrace to the industry,dont stick to what there salesman say this company should be closed down absoloute cowboys

It is difficult to describe this "company" in terms that properly indicate how dreadful they are. High pressure sales techniques from sales people who disappear overnight. They accept no responsibility for what their salesman say. The support people are rude and unhelpful.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COWBOYS.

Tel Tel has a very bad customer service they show you and tel you something else and give you something else, very high rates on broadband and line rental also never work for them too they don't pay your. Untrusted company!!

Our Agency has had the misfortune to work for the Shambolic company.

If you are a perspective customer considering transferring your Telephone Lines, Broadband or Energy 'BEWARE' you will probably end up being migrated to another firm without prior consent, any preferential rates you have secured may be lost in transit which will cost you disproportionate amount of of time, hassle and torment to try resolve and possibly not recover with the other outfit.
If you are considering working for this company or ANY of its subsidiaries as an employee, sales agent or agency, ' DO NOT' go there - you will be stung!

'Go4cp' part of the TELTEL group has recently gone into liquidation ( March 2016 - despite still trading go4cp.co.uk ), our agency along with others have not been paid for customers which we had introduced in good faith. TELTEL / Go4cp have not had any intent or decency to resolve this, evidently looking at past employees comments and reviews, this seems to be the norm.

In short: do not trade with this firm ' STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY'
