Joe Noriega ,recent purchase 2 cameras setup will not upload. no contact !??????????????????

I tried to cancel my order through PayPal. They changed me $10.00 and change tax on $29.00 the app doesn't work. And when I call the number on the statement, it's at&t.

wish there was a no star.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I received an email that stated our package was left at or near our mailbox. Our local postman, who had driven our route for years, has no memory of ever delivering this package and would never leave it outside of our mailbox... which is on a busy highway. When I notified this company, they basically said I'm out of luck! After reading other reviews, it seems this has happened to others as well. BEWARE!

Ordered their MA38 phone holder/tripod. They sent me their old X-99, which does not have the same features of the MA38. I see that many people have had this same experience. I have been in communication with their customer service and they won't make it right. They are trying to offer me a $2 refund. I'm fighting with them and they are stubborn. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I am disputing this with my credit card. This place should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people. Not going to pay for an item that I didn't order. False advertising, scamming people, trying to cheat people. STAY AWAY FROM TEMPERMENTY!!!

Ordered was was advertised as an MA38 tripod made by Ulanzi. What I got was nothing like what was in the pictures and is a cheap knock off. Stay away from this vendor.

Not a review, BEWARE!! Was going to order a camera, but the description was so vague I did some research and found the tempermenty.com domain was registered by Alibaba cloud computing. A Chinese online company. Lots of bad reviews and issues.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. I ordered something over a month ago and the tracking suddenly stopped and said there was a delay. For weeks it said the same thing. I requested a refund multiple times but was told my package was in transit and to be patient. Now as of today the tracking was updated and said that my package was delivered at my door on September 11, 2025. This was the same day that tracking said there was a delay. So on September 11, the tracking froze and said there will be a delay three weeks later they updated it and said my package was delivered on September 11. Do not order from them. It is all a scam. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I spent $30 with this company

Do not buy from these guys, they are scammers and their product description is misleading, I bought their GPS trackers but they aren't GPS, it works the same as an Apple Airtag. After the US exchange they also charged me double, I immediately contacted them and told them to cancel the order. Rather than cancelling the order they emailed me back and fourth 5 times trying to convince me not to cancel, and I told them to cancel it each time, and then they said, "Sorry but it's too late because it's already been shipped". Good thing they have a satisfaction guarantee because I'm not satisfied with their customer service and I am returning them unopened. Now that I've sent them back they won't honour their satisfaction guarantee, instead they offered me $6 US when I paid $38 US. After a bunch of e-mails they are now claiming that the ones that I sent back aren't the same as the ones that they shipped, what a joke. Now I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and I will trash them with as many bad reviews as I can, and I reported them to facebook as a scam and fraud. Going forward I will never buy anything from a website that advertises on Facebook.

They charge you extra shipping for VIP service, about $8, it was difficult to remove from your order. They send you an e-mail saying they are processing you order. When I tried to cancel it after 10 days of nothing happening, they magically said it is JUST being shipped.

They are not interested in returns. The quality was sub par and they offered me a $2 credit and told me to keep the item. It was a $25 item. Then they said I could return it but I would have to ship it to China and pay the shipping.

Was charged $7.49 "sales tax" on a $19.00 item. Still have not received the item.

Wanted home delivery, paid 9.99 for delivery. Tracked it down to a post office, and had to pay another $9.05 to get my package. Post office says they put a fraudulent label. So I paid over $20 for a 4" x 3" x 3.5" box that weighed 1 lb. Not worth it.

Negative stars! Ordered my item over six weeks ago. They said it was delivered to post office and put in a secured parcel bin, but I get street delivery and don’t have a P.O. Box. Asked for refund multiple times. They keep saying no. Unfortunately I didn’t pay through PayPal so have no way to fight them. I hope you het explosive diarrhea in public!

Never received my order. Tracking number was wrong. Told me the correct tracking number and said it was delivered to my PO Box and it was never delivered. Post master never received it. Requested a refund see how that goes.

I ordered the tracker for $10.99 plus $7.99 for shipping should have only been about $19.20 you took $25.45 from my debit card. That's flat out false advertising and robbery. Now what's going to happen I'm not going to get what I paid extra for. I can't afford thing's to be taken off my card that I can't account for I'm on a low income budget as it is and was getting this tracker to keep my car from being stolen again. Please don't not send me the right product. Now I have to figure out how to make some money to live on.

I ordered two sets of those sprinklers, some three weeks ago. You should have my money BECAUSE YOU ALREADY received my money from the bank. Check my order kindly and please, ship my order to me (Two orders/Sprinklers.

Item was delivered to the wrong address (their fault) and returned when delivery was refused. They didn't provide a correct return address which caused the PO to trash it! here is the complete tracking status:

Since the item was shipped from China of course the cr00ks wouldn't provide an accurate return address. Disputed this through Paypal providing all the information you see PLUS a lot more, and they denied my dispute! Well SCREW Paypal too!!!!!

I never received my item and then they charged me more that what should be charged 🥴🥴🥴
