The mattress arrived on schedule, it stays cool enough for me to sleep on even in hot weather, and while it is not quite as soft as I expected it to be that's mostly an issue the few times I roll over onto my side. Not much else to say, it's a really good mattress.

A very good mattress topper at an affordable price

We bought our first Tempflow mattress 12 years ago (just added another for our guest room) and we still are amazed at how much better it is than every other mattress we've owned or have exp[erienced. Everytime we come back home after being away we are reminded how great our Templflow is.

It was easy to order from the website and I trial confirmation was received by email with a phone call to confirm. Which I thought was great! I would have liked a status update email because I reached thinking too much time had passed (I know there was a production time window).it’s great to call a company and get a person right away these days, so very helpful!

Everything seemingly was smooth except for the 10% discount code reception. I joined email notification system, but could not find the code to get my 10% discount. If you could attach a 10% discount on my purchase from yesterday, which would equal $20, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks , Yours truly M. Scott Drozdowicz

This pillow is the best pillow my husband has used. We've tried many pillows, from expensive feather by a well-known company to another online company as well as store bought. It doesn't squish down to a pancake, retains its shape, is cool and best of all, made here in the U.S. unlike other companies who say made in the U.S. of imported material.

Love the pillow, lives up to expectations. Adjustable, comfortable, cool. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because one of the zippers doesn’t work, thus making it hard to remove excess filler.

I am a hot sleeper and have tried many a memory foam bed. No matter how much gel foam or cooling sheets are used, the mattresses always get hot after a few hours. In 2014 I found Tempflow mattresses through the online website "Sleep-Like-The-Dead.com". ( They now are reviewed on Beds.org where I left a review in 2014). Tempflow touted the "coolest" sleep because of their air flow chambers and holes in the mattress. Sounded like a gimmick and I was reluctant to purchase a bed online, so I paid a visit to one of their physical stores called Relief-Mart (Select A Bed). We tried some beds out in the store, but let's be honest, how much can you tell about a mattress by lying on it for a few minutes? Because of the great return policy, there was no risk since they would take it back no questions asked. Now in 2023, we decided to get another Mattress, and tried a competitor. The mattress was hot after a few hours and not as comfortable as our old "Celestia" mattress. I contacted the competitor so I could return their mattress. (Of course in California, nobody will take a used mattress, but I found a recycling center that would take it.) I then contacted Tempflow and they said that although they no longer market our old model, They had all the information to recreate it. How great it that? I am now getting a tried and true product that I know works for us.

This was my second mattress purchase from Relief Mart, parent company of TempFlow. Gerald, the salesperson, was friendly, helpful, patient, and informative. He clarified my choices of mattresses I had seen online at the TempFlow website. I called him several times and he fully answered my numerous questions. When I receive my mattresses and adjustable bases , I will update my review. So 5 stars for service and I hopefully can give 5 stars for the products when I receive them.
