Complete garbage. After being ignored when contacting customer service, masks arrived after nearly 4 months. Can't use them, as they are way too small. I don't know what tiny humans they are sized for, but they certainly wont fit an adult male. Flushed $100 down the damn toilet.

I ordered a mask and a pack of five replacement filters on 2 May. I got a runaround about the tracking number on my item. On 17 May I got an email saying my order had shipped. I emailed support on 7 June, and 14 June and they still sent form emails back saying check out their help page but they never actually responded to my questions. Finally received the mask on 26 June - but no replacement filters. Quality of the mask is subpar, colors are not as shown on their website, fit of the mask is suboptimal, and because of the ports the mask is not truly effective for anti-viral protection. Do not expect speedy or correct order fulfillment. I do not expect to ever be able to wear this mask - great in concept but unuseable.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a bed set on May 31st and they charged my credit card on June 1st. I ordered this set because my daughter fell in love with it and I wanted to surprise her. I should have read the reviews because I'm having the same problems as everyone else that has posted a review. I keep hoping it will still come because I really did want this for my daughter. not sure what else I can do except wait and pray.

These guys are a total scam. Don't trust them. I ordered my mask over a month ago and still nothing. There is no number to call. Their info has them placed in Texas but return address in in Delaware.
They printed off a shipping tag and never sent it and then the address tag they were going to use went invalid because it was never used.
You can try to contact them via email but they never actually email you back. Other than thanking you for being a customer and giving you a discount on the next mask you order.
I have waited over a month. These guys don't contact me back. This is a scam!

Ordered a mask April 30th and STILL have not received it June 26th, USPS tracking has shown the same status since May 7th (below) and keep getting generic automated email responses.

Complete and total fraud. They are exposed to prosecution under the wire fraud laws that have upto 10 years in prison, $1,000,000 fine or both. That is per occurrence btw

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have done my research on this company prior to purchase, however, this is a total scam. Despite them promising to deliver within two weeks of the purchase, I'm still waiting. Luckily I purchased through Paypal and lodged a complaint to get my money back.

It has been about 6 weeks since I ordered a mask and 1 month since they sent me the USPS tracking number. USPS still shows as "awaiting package". Contatced their support several times for update. They refuse to say where the package is and refused refund. Templaren is a scam. Pure and Simple

Never received the mask I ordered. Went to complain so they sent me a worthless form to fill out but it’s impossible to complete it

Despite the reviews I gave them a chance an ordered a mask on April 14th. It's now June 26th and no mask or updates. Same with everyone else, they sent an email saying they shipped but when you click the 'tracking number' it always says 'no update found'. This is a scam company and scam website. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll never get a refund. You're just throwing your money down the toilet. Hope these scammers get sued. Good riddance.

Ordered 3 masks on May 2nd. On May 17th got an email said my order was shipped. On June 6th I got an email saying my ordered was delayed. I want a refund but am unable to contact. It can’t take that long to ship anything to Arkansas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE A$$HOLES.

Total scam no way to contact them. They have you set up a account but after you pay you get a fake tracking number and they delete your profile all together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a mask over a month ago and never received. They sent a tracking number and it keeps saying "no status update" I want a refund!!

Scam!! Bought from them back in April, never received my purchase. No one ever gets back to you when trying to contact customer service. BEWARE

Nothing but runarounds, fake shipping notices and outright falsehoods thus far. Order was in April. After scaring them with a contact fro Paypal they suddenly had new shipping information. It magically went to a location that was not at all in the direction of my address, then it suddenly was listed as "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" but still listed as In Transit. The supposed products have been sitting in my home city for five days without being delivered (aka they are not here). This is either a scam or one of the worst run businesses out there. Do NOT order from them.

I ordered a FaceMask on May 28th. After a couple of weeks, they emailed me apologizing for the delay and offering another mask at 1/2 price. I decided to take them up on it and received another email giving me a tracking number. Turns out these products are made in China. Had I known that I wouldn't have bought them in the first place. I'm glad I paid by PayPal as that gives a modicum of security.

Scam. Avoid at all cost. Got suckered like everyone else here. Received confirmation and bogus tracking number. Been “sitting in a warehouse” per the bogus tracking number for 6 weeks. Blaming shipping company but it’s just a full on scam. DO NOT ORDER from these crooks. Working to get my refund through PayPal

So fair this company has been nothing but trouble.I purchased a mask and its been over two months now.They don't have a phone number a chat.They want you to email them which I have with no response.Dont order from this company .I will contact my credit card company and the Bbb regarding this issue.

Took forever and I still haven’t gotten my item. 45 or 50 day so far. They update the tracking to say that your oder was placed the day before or maybe two. And then it looks like you just ordered it so they keep putting the date further out.
Complete scam. Don’t buy from templaran. They suck
