Template Tuning Reviews 

This is an informed review. Firstly I rarely make reviews. Which I should change. Secondly, IBM was been working with Template Monster since roughly 2010. I think it's our ten-year anniversary! I'm leaving this review to point out the extra mile they went this and last week for me. I had a site they put together for me as they always do. They put up the template and I work with my clients to write and decide pages and titles. I also design the necessary images. So it's a great relationship. But this is time was different. I moved one of my sites and stopped watching it while I had a bout of hospital visits and it got outdated and went down. Now this was only my copy of the site, a live version I can show off, not production one the client uses. But I use it to get more business so I wanted it back. I reached out to Template Monster and told them I don't know what's wrong with it but it won't load and sometimes I can't even log in. We emailed about it and they said they have a hard time knowing what to charge without looking. Fair enough. So they offered a small fee to go in there with their engineers and diagnose it. Then from there they would give me a fix-it price. They did. (Both.) I paid. (Both.) The sure was back up in two days. This is a real review. I am a real Multimedia Designer who makes websites and I prefer making them from templates because I get to show my clients a version of what they would get before I do any work. This gets them committed and they are less likely to ask how it'll look. They already know. But I didn't know Template Monster would have my back like that. That's something special. Like a friend that you Haven't spoke to in a while and then you turn up with an emergency and they act like they'd help you because that what kind of friend they are. Make the move. close to worst experience i've ever had with tech/similar service company..and i've been in business since 2002.. order service started off pretty slow and by time they finally got around to working on my website, my old website that they were supposed to basically copy off of was closed down ... as a result, my website still shows a friend's company contact info, links, etc.... as i asked them to basically replicate his website(with his permission in place of course) with my company name now having to start over with another company to get a decent functional website ... i paid for them to provide me with turnkey website which was poorly and incorrectly set up ...

I recently purchased a custom template with transfert to a wordpress theme. (About 800 $) I can agree with the comments below. The deadline is not respected. Once they delivered there is No support at all. No instructions or any help. My project manager "Regina" isn't very helpfull since they finished the job. I don't recieve any reply to my e-mails with simple questions. My advice is to search for an other company.

Ohh god...I should’ve looked for reviews on this company before I payed 900 dollars to have them build me a custom template. My experience so far: A company who stops caring the second the money comes through and lack the skills to deliver anything remotely close to what they’re offering.
After one month and many detailed photoshop mockups from me, all they’ve delivered is one extremely bad draft where literally everything is incorrect. They have not created a custom template but simply dropped my images and texts into an existing template with no regards at all to any of my instructions. That's it. That's all they've done. No tuning. Nothing custom. And it took them a month to do two hours worth of work.

My recommendation: Stay far far away from these guys. It’s most likely a scam.

I bought installation from them. They promised to do it within 48 hours and in fact finished in 24 hours.

Nothing to complain about.

BEWARE
Do not trust this company for any template transferring or installs. If you choose to buy a template from template monster do not be encouraged to use template tuning. They will overpromise and underdeliver. A 10-day project will 100% with certainty take over 1 month to complete. I highly advise against this company.
